This calendar year, Special Olympics Isle of Man is celebrating its 40th anniversary.
Since 1985 it's helped athletes with disabilities gain valuable life skills as well as offering the chance to compete at major events across the world.
We recently spoke with Special Olympics Isle of Man's acting sport director, Pete Corkill.
