Todd has been a resident of the Greater Houston area all his life. Prior to the opening of his franchise, Todd worked as a property adjuster for a large insurance company for 13 years. This work has given Todd a unique advantage in his home inspection business by giving him the knowledge and experience to assist homebuyers in understanding the components and operation of the complex systems of a home. Todd can effectively communicate the condition and issues of the home to his clients in a way that does not alarm them and provides simple, easy-to-understand solutions. Todd is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and is a licensed Mold Assessment Technician (#MAT1213).
