Shownotes

Seasons Greetings, team! It’s that time of year once again. This year has been full of disruptions, but I believe that leaders all around the world have a great opportunity right now to make sure 2022 starts off with a win. It’s time to relax, but also reflect and ask ourselves the question: what can we do differently in the year ahead? With that being said, we’re going to take a look at how to plan for next year’s success and how to finish this year off strong.

Dive in and let’s talk about how to prepare for the year ahead.

On this episode:

  • 2021 has been full of disruption after disruption! Many leaders are tired and are ready to take a much-needed break! While you're sitting back, I talk about how we can reflect on this year and the three questions that will get you started. What went well? What could you have done differently? What will you do differently going forward?
  • After our reflection is done, it’s time to set some goals for yourself for the year ahead. I talk about getting creative and setting those big, scary goals that will push you to grow into the year ahead.

Key Takeaways:

  • You’ve worked hard, go ahead and take a break
  • Get a pen and pad and write down your ideas
  • Reflect on the year and figure out how to grow moving forward
  • Ask the three reflection questions - personally and professionally
  • Now is a great time for creativity
  • Leave your ideas then come back and revisit them
