Rachel took my Panic to Peace program back in January of 2024. She struggled for over a decade with feeling unsafe in her own body, being afraid of her thoughts and feelings, and derealization. And when she joined the program, she had just experienced the darkest time in her recovery journey.
After lots of dedication, consistent healthy steps, and a commitment to feeling her feelings, she's living with lots more peace and a whole lot less limitations!
