My most effective therapy for my lipedema is my ketogenic way of eating, intermittent fasting, and extended fasting.
Being in ketosis and using fat for energy helps reduce inflammation.
But we must avoid inflammatory fats and eat healthy fats to fully achieve these benefits.
Emphasizing these healthy stable fats in my ketogenic way of eating while avoiding inflammatory oxidized fats is helping me minimize inflammation and reduce the volume of my adipose tissue.
