Another second-generation racer with roots stretching back to the very beginnings of Autograss racing as we know it.

From racer to club chairman, league chairman and, ultimately, NASA Director, Julie has remained firmly connected to her roots as Chairman of Radford Autograss Club.

A British Champion, National Champion, lifelong Wurzels No.1 fan and Grassin Girl to the core, Julie has lived and breathed Autograss for decades.

And in 2026, she takes on the hosting of the Ladies & Juniors National Championships. Your very own Julie Hawthorn Fernihough.
