Shownotes
Do you regret or see opportunities?
Regret is not in my vocabulary because I choose to find opportunities. Some people use regret as their catalyst to learn or to soak in fear and disappointment. Wouldn't it be nice if we could experience regret as a walk through a mud puddle and then hose off all the muddy water and move on!
Key points:
- Is regret in the negative column for you?
- If you looked a regret differently as saw the opportunity to learn.
- Regret can be like sand that never leaves your clothes and shoes, never entirely gone.
When we reflect on past mistakes, failures, and moments, we rather forget. We miss the opportunity to find the great moments of expansion, the nuggets of greatness. Imagine regret as muddy water that easily rinses off, allowing you to see clearly!
