Shownotes

For over a year, we’ve been sheltering in place, wearing masks and keeping our distance from others. The CDC has recently eased restrictions, and we are gradually coming out of our COVID caves. Already, over half of Americans say they have gone out to eat, while almost 60% have recently visited friends and relatives. As a result, some people’s emotional wellbeing has improved and others are experiencing a decline. Everyone’s comfort levels are different. So how do you know what is best for your family’s mental and physical health? How can you create a smooth transition back into the world? Listen in to this podcast to hear strategies from Dr. Vivien Keil, neuropsychologist and Director of Clinical Services at CHC. Her number one piece of advice? Trust your instincts.
