Today, I have an excerpt from a special webinar that was held September 19, 2021 about Lipedema Simplified's The Real You project. In this clip, Catherine Seo describes how The Real You project will be exploring how to find, appreciate, and love your real self. Catherine talks about how having a chronic disorder like lipedema can affect how women see themselves. This project will have 2 months of special online class sessions that will take place this November and December and offer a variety of expert support and resources.
