Reverend Charm Allen was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She was brought up in a Christian home. Her grandmother served as First Lady in a Baptist church and as a missionary. Her dad is a retired pastor and once worked as a Navy chaplain. Her mother worked in the finance ministry. Charm attended church and Sunday school regularly. At the age of twelve, Charm served as secretary of the Sunday school. She was one of the youngest to serve as a missionary. She has also served as an altar and young adult minister.

Charm is a minister, healthcare executive, speaker, author, and nonprofit leader dedicated to helping individuals and organizations thrive through faith, wellness, and leadership. She is the Founder and CEO of Unbreakable Wellness Clinic and the Founder and Executive Director of Daughters Journey to Freedom International, where she leads initiatives focused on mental wellness, preventive health, leadership development, women’s empowerment, and community outreach.

With a background in healthcare leadership, nursing administration, and compliance, Charm has spent her career building programs that improve health outcomes, strengthen organizational excellence, and expand access to wellness resources. She is passionate about bridging the gap between faith and healthcare, equipping churches, businesses, and communities with practical strategies that support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
