Mary-Jane Vince, of Safety Wise, has been with Safety Wise for 8 years and has been the Principal HSE Consultant (Investigator/ Trainer) & Business Development Manager, North America. She is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts Field Of Study Human Kinetics & Ergonomics (Honours Degree) from Rhodes University. Through her work experience, Mary-Jane provides ICAM incident investigation training for clients in the mining, energy, transport and construction industries. As you will hear, Mary-Jane has in-depth knowledge of safety systems and practical examples of best practices and ICAM training implemented by Safety Wise.
Mary-Jane Vince brings 12 years of experience working in the mining industry in Africa, North and South America developing best practice Health and Safety Management Systems. From her various roles within the mining industry she has developed expertise in facilitating, developing and implementing various aspects of Health, Safety and Sustainability management systems She has a cross-functional background in risk management, leadership skill development, incident investigation and training, emergency and crisis management, auditing, project management, and stakeholder consulting.
