It's a pleasure to, um, have a little chat with you.

Speaker:

Uh, it's my first meeting.

Speaker:

It's my first interview in English, so it's a pleasure to, to share a little.

Speaker:

My knowledge.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

I'm super happy to be able to be the conduit that, uh, allows you to share

your knowledge in in the English language.

So really happy to have you on, uh, Tony.

Speaker:

And to give our listeners a better idea of who you are, we're gonna just

So to kick it off, uh, where are you?

Speaker:

I'm from Spain, um, yeah, from the south of Spain.

Speaker:

I live in different country, but I'm from Spain.

Speaker:

Awesome.

Speaker:

And then, uh, and are you currently based in Spain as well?

Speaker:

Right now?

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Uh, I used to live eight years in uk but recently, Two months ago we

Speaker:

moved to the South Spain in Malaga.

Speaker:

Lovely, lovely play.

Speaker:

Really, really happy to move here again.

Speaker:

So we back, we back.

Speaker:

We really pleased.

Speaker:

That's awesome.

Speaker:

I know we were, We're talking a little bit about how you're happy

Speaker:

to have some sunshine again, which definitely it plays a big role.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

To compare with uk it's raining a lot and the cool chase is a little bit different,

Speaker:

but I'm really, I'm really pleased to.

Speaker:

Come walk a little bit in the beach in the afternoon, or run in the

Speaker:

sunset, or really early in the beach.

Speaker:

So it's a, it's a gift for me.

Speaker:

That's amazing, Tony.

Speaker:

Yeah, no, I, I, I live by the beach as one and I'm, I'm enjoying it a lot, for sure.

Speaker:

Yeah, definitely.

Speaker:

Uh, and then let's see, What is your favorite book?

Speaker:

So a couple of years ago I start to read Super Para Natural is a book of Dr.

Speaker:

You expensive, but the most important thing for me, I have my second baby.

Speaker:

I have a song and I used to read when I sleep with him like

Speaker:

seven o'clock in the morning.

Speaker:

My, my wife have it breastfeeding the whole night, so I give a little rest.

Speaker:

So I have like an.

Speaker:

An amazing moment to holding him and un reading the book.

Speaker:

So the connection of the emotion under reading was amazing.

Speaker:

So I really highly recommend reading with that really good emotion when

Speaker:

you're reading so it help better.

Speaker:

Yeah, absolutely.

Speaker:

I mean, that book on its own is an amazing book.

Speaker:

It's the one Joe Dispensa book that I have read.

Speaker:

Uh, I would love to read his other books.

Speaker:

But yeah, being able to share an experience like that with

Speaker:

a book that you're reading.

Speaker:

Quite a treat and definitely gonna make any book much, much better.

Speaker:

You know, That's meant definitely.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Uh, and then, let's see, what's your, uh, what's your favorite quote?

Speaker:

Uh, it's a little bit tricky because I normally have different one in Spanish,

Speaker:

but I would say I wouldn't, I wouldn't say a proper quote, but I say we are

Speaker:

energy and it, depending about where, how we move this energy, we can create

Speaker:

different thing in the whole life.

Speaker:

So I'm quite obsessive now to connect with this unity or this goal,

Speaker:

this, uh, Camp feel or whatever.

Speaker:

Um, so I became quite obsessed to reading about it because, uh, it's amazing.

Speaker:

So it's not.

Speaker:

What is, Yeah, no, I mean it's, uh, a lot of the times quotes

Speaker:

are, you know, inspirational like words to live by and absolutely, I

Speaker:

think that is, uh, your own quote.

Speaker:

You know, it's, it's something to, to inspire you and others and, and to live

Speaker:

by that because definitely energy is, uh, you know, understanding energy and

Speaker:

the fact that like pretty much everything is energy is, is very important.

Speaker:

So, uh, I love that, Tony.

Speaker:

That's awesome.

Speaker:

Uh, and then I wanted to ask actually, what, like how did you

Speaker:

come to your meditation practice?

Speaker:

Did you, you know, take a class on meditation and kind of learn, oh, you

Speaker:

know, like, come into it that way?

Speaker:

Or was it something that you just fell upon and, and tried out one day?

Speaker:

I gotta, so, um, Um, like seven, eight years ago, I lost everything.

Speaker:

I love my house, I love my company.

Speaker:

I became broken.

Speaker:

So in, I moved to Brazil and in this dark moment, I think

Speaker:

I do that, click in myself.

Speaker:

So in this difficult moment, I start to read.

Speaker:

Like became obsessing to reading because I don't understand how some

Speaker:

people have success and how another, everything looked really badly for them.

Speaker:

So for many different years start to reading, I start to became better.

Speaker:

I start to pay with my death.

Speaker:

And I moved to Spain, I moved to a k I, I meet my wife still reading.

Speaker:

Um, but I didn't practice.

Speaker:

Everything I was reading, so two years ago, I created a YouTube channel.

Speaker:

To myself, I say, I'm gonna do an experiment.

Speaker:

I'm gonna start recording things.

Speaker:

What the only thing I want is have like a memory devious to myself.

Speaker:

I never thought, uh, like I'm gonna have like 30 or 40 people

Speaker:

listen every single night.

Speaker:

My meditation.

Speaker:

That's what happened now.

Speaker:

Now.

Speaker:

So I, I.

Speaker:

Recording a random, if the people coming to see me in any of the

Speaker:

YouTube video, in the first one, I recording a random video and I say,

Speaker:

Hello, I'm gonna do a experiment.

Speaker:

This is me and I'm gonna do that.

Speaker:

And I recording a meditation about doctor expensive because I went to an event.

Speaker:

Uh, well, I, listen, I never online and the translation,

Speaker:

Spanish meditation translation, it was two girls with no emotion.

Speaker:

They, they was doing the job, literally, but I thought, Okay,

Speaker:

I need something with more deep.

Speaker:

So I recorded the meditation to myself and I applaud in the, in the, in the

Speaker:

YouTube channel and became quite crazy.

Speaker:

I have thousands in the Daily basic and a lot coming and a lot, um, um, subscribers.

Speaker:

I said to my wife, This is a little bit crazy.

Speaker:

So I start to study a lot more about meditation and start to do more meditation

Speaker:

because the people connecting very well with my voice and my energy, and this is

Speaker:

the way I start to practice to myself.

Speaker:

Because in the beginning I was doing it to myself, but now the channel

Speaker:

is more for the people done for me.

Speaker:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker:

, No, I, I, I really enjoy that.

Speaker:

When you do something, you know, you weren't looking to exploit

Speaker:

this, you know, it was just, like you said, it was a practice for

Speaker:

yourself and yeah, people aligned.

Speaker:

Like you said, your, your energy, because truthfully that's what it is.

Speaker:

When I, when I was shown your videos, which by the way, you're

Speaker:

the very first, uh, meditation video that I've done in Spanish,

Speaker:

Spanish is a second language for me.

Speaker:

So it's, uh, it's, it's actually a little difficult sometimes for

Speaker:

me, uh, cuz I focus too much on the words and I, and the translation.

Speaker:

But this have been the same for me when I live in.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

So, and nonetheless, uh, you know, I don't see very many Spanish meditations.

Speaker:

So, uh, I think that's really awesome that you're able to bring that to

Speaker:

the Spanish speaking community, which is super large, you know, and,

Speaker:

and, and needs that, that practice.

Speaker:

So, uh, really, really cool and, and absolutely I do agree that.

Speaker:

There are some people who are, you know, amazing metic meditation practitioners

Speaker:

for their own personal practice.

Speaker:

And then there are some people that are really, really good at guiding people into

Speaker:

meditations, whether it's, you know, just the quality of your voice and, and how it

Speaker:

sounds or your ability to create imagery.

Speaker:

Or just, you know, guide someone through a meditation and, and

Speaker:

I think you have that, Tony.

Speaker:

Well, thank you.

Speaker:

Obviously you have it because you wouldn't have, uh, such a popular

Speaker:

channel, but that's, that's really neat.

Speaker:

I didn't know that was, uh, how you had come to, uh, to the meditations.

Speaker:

And do you think through these meditations that is kind of how you

Speaker:

moved from, you know, this really low point in your life to, you know,

Speaker:

this prosperous point in your life?

Speaker:

Definitely.

Speaker:

Basically, the channel helped me to, Became a little bit

Speaker:

obsessed to learning and practice.

Speaker:

And when you, This is quite funny because when you read a book, you

Speaker:

normally maintain like 5% of the book, but when you read a book and you.

Speaker:

Tell the book somebody, you maybe have 20% of the book, but when you teach the

Speaker:

book, when you practice the book, that's what happened to me because I need to have

Speaker:

the knowledge, study the knowledge, and chart the knowledge with the community.

Speaker:

You have 19% of the knowledge and I start to practice in my daily basics.

Speaker:

So I want to became like, uh, People, The, the, the if, um, if I want to

Speaker:

be abundance, uh, I want to be in with inspiration, uh, with freedom,

Speaker:

with prosperity, with many different act yet before I didn't have it.

Speaker:

So I start to practice, practice, practice in my daily basis.

Speaker:

Before the channel I used to meditate it.

Speaker:

Um, and what I was looking for was passion.

Speaker:

Um, I don't wanna, I, I, I have, I was having a glass of wine with my wife

Speaker:

in the garden, and I said, Baby, I don't wanna have like a normal life.

Speaker:

I want to have a extraordinary life.

Speaker:

So I have a really good life.

Speaker:

I have my two kids really, um, good salaries working for international

Speaker:

company, but I want, I, I want more.

Speaker:

I want to.

Speaker:

With a purpose inspire.

Speaker:

So I start to, before the channel, I start to meditate with the intention for

Speaker:

the field and bring with Maha passion and the, the, the, the life of the universe.

Speaker:

Bring me a YouTube channel, , which is pretty good.

Speaker:

Yeah, no, that's, it's, that's incredible.

Speaker:

And you know, I.

Speaker:

When it comes to meditation, like you were saying, you started

Speaker:

just doing this practice a lot.

Speaker:

Like you started really putting the practice in to your daily, daily routine.

Speaker:

And I think that's where a lot of people, uh, you know, they don't,

Speaker:

they don't see the results because they don't have the consistency.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

And so, uh, especially with meditation, I, I look at it a lot in terms of like with

Speaker:

health, when I'm working with someone and they're not seeing results, it's usually.

Speaker:

That person is not putting in the work, right?

Speaker:

Like they're not sitting down every or well, in terms of meditation,

Speaker:

sitting down and doing the meditation.

Speaker:

But if it's, you know, getting a better body, then it's not eating

Speaker:

the right foods or, or working out.

Speaker:

But with meditation especially, you have to, you know, if, if we're talking about

Speaker:

manifesting like a new future, Then, you know, as we were saying, you need to

Speaker:

create this emotion, uh, every single day.

Speaker:

You need to envision that future and you need to really put that

Speaker:

into practice day in and day out.

Speaker:

And obviously that's, that's what you've been doing and, and I think

Speaker:

being able to teach it as well is, is a great way for you to, uh, be consistent

Speaker:

and constantly do your practice as.

Speaker:

Definitely, definitely.

Speaker:

Um, as you mentioned, the people have a big dream and they believe

Speaker:

of this, of, of this dream.

Speaker:

Um, they don't need that.

Speaker:

The, the dream happen.

Speaker:

They knew they gonna happen.

Speaker:

Uh, um, and I love Nelson Mandela.

Speaker:

He been in jail for many different years.

Speaker:

And another, and another person will believe the, the jail.

Speaker:

Really like contaminate, like fighting.

Speaker:

Like I can't believe I didn't do anything.

Speaker:

I've been in jail for many different years, but he has a big dream.

Speaker:

He want to be the president for his country and he became because he

Speaker:

believe it and he has a big dream, and he did, and he build this belief.

Speaker:

Inside of the yield in a daily basis and least, um, when you do that,

Speaker:

when, when everything is really bad in your environment, but you are

Speaker:

still to believe you can do different, amazing thing is when the media could

Speaker:

happen because it's not normal today.

Speaker:

I'm speaking with you.

Speaker:

In their opposite life.

Speaker:

In the opposite, in another country in English.

Speaker:

And if you told me three years ago, I say what?

Speaker:

I'm gonna start to speak with a random guy with a podcast.

Speaker:

He gonna make me an interview.

Speaker:

I will say, I did joking . That's what happened.

Speaker:

Yeah, it's, uh, it's really wild.

Speaker:

Some of, some of the things that can happen when, when you start doing

Speaker:

these manifestation practices and, you know, some of them are things that

Speaker:

you don't even think would happen.

Speaker:

But once you start creating that elevated emotion and uh, you know, drawing in that

Speaker:

future to you, wild things can happen.

Speaker:

And, uh, so in, in terms of doing a manifestation practice, what does

Speaker:

that usually look like for you?

Speaker:

How do you.

Speaker:

Manifest on on a daily basis or, or just in general?

Speaker:

What are, What are your manifestation meditations?

Speaker:

Um, I, I have let, last week I have an interview in a Spanish, and the

Speaker:

guy asked me something, some question.

Speaker:

I, I, I always love to say, we always manifesting, we in the way

Speaker:

we thinking, the way we feeling, we create our magnetic feel.

Speaker:

And this is like a BCA broadcasting, It's like a signal.

Speaker:

It's like if you are a radio, you have, you are in a symphony.

Speaker:

You sending a sign and you ring situation to you, bully.

Speaker:

You knew somebody.

Speaker:

Everything is back to them.

Speaker:

They need to pay more.

Speaker:

If they have a little more money they need, they need, the car is

Speaker:

broken or, and you know, another kind of people is like, it's like flow.

Speaker:

Everything is good.

Speaker:

The job coming to them, they don't need to.

Speaker:

Have too much effort.

Speaker:

They wait early, do the exercise.

Speaker:

I say, Oh my God, it's totally, And they can be the same guy, but one is the

Speaker:

luckiest and the other is the bad luck.

Speaker:

So when you.

Speaker:

Want to manifest a new thing in your life, you need to start to take note

Speaker:

about what you're thinking in the program, in the automatic pilot you are.

Speaker:

And when you start to realize you have a different kind, thinking really not

Speaker:

really great, and this kind thinking create different feeling in your body,

Speaker:

like frustration, like anger, like uh, um.

Speaker:

Depression, like all these bad emotion and in the daily basic, this emotion,

Speaker:

they are automatic in your body because.

Speaker:

Normally we are thinking we control all life, but it's not true.

Speaker:

You know, when you want chocolate, you know when you wanna be at, you know,

Speaker:

because your body send the chemical to your brain to such a little chocolate.

Speaker:

It's five o'clock, I want something sweet.

Speaker:

But do you know, this is absolutely normal?

Speaker:

And, and this is absolutely fine, but when it is, Frustration or is, or is, uh,

Speaker:

depression or is anxiety or is nervous or it's other emotion, the body is contained

Speaker:

for many different time because you're feeling and thinking the same time.

Speaker:

That's the problem.

Speaker:

So to manifest day, you need to become a new human being.

Speaker:

You need to start to meditate, stop your eyes connecting with your new futa, with

Speaker:

the elevated emotion you mentioned before.

Speaker:

Gratitude for me is the best.

Speaker:

I weigh in the earliest now and my meditation is to feel grateful

Speaker:

because you are open to the universe.

Speaker:

Bring me thing, I don't know what, but it's good thing.

Speaker:

And when you start to.

Speaker:

Change you all thinking and feeling in the day.

Speaker:

Basic, in the daily, in the daily base, everything gonna change.

Speaker:

Obviously the meditation help you to regulate the chem, but

Speaker:

you need to maintain and sustain this KEA in the whole day.

Speaker:

And it will happen.

Speaker:

It will happen.

Speaker:

It will happen because if you practice the meditation and you repeat the motion,

Speaker:

Before when I start to do the channel, I normally do one hour meditation in

Speaker:

the morning and one hour meditation in the, the, the before to go to bed.

Speaker:

But now even I don't need to do this two hours meditation, I do because I love it.

Speaker:

But if I'm driving, uh, to pick it up the kid, or if I'm doing something

Speaker:

like cleaning or cooking or in a meeting with my team, because I'm

Speaker:

working, I connect with my heart.

Speaker:

I open my heart, feeling grateful, feeling joy, and I don't need to

Speaker:

meditate because I know the feeling.

Speaker:

I know my new futa.

Speaker:

And then in my, in my normal basic day, I'm watching a little bit Netflix.

Speaker:

I don't watch it too much because I don't have much time recently

Speaker:

with all this kind of thing.

Speaker:

But if I'm watching.

Speaker:

I opened my heart, I, I said, Oh my God, this is new for me and this

Speaker:

is what I want in my new cells.

Speaker:

This is the new connection.

Speaker:

This is my new personality I create since two years ago, not really long ago.

Speaker:

So for manifest day is important.

Speaker:

Practice and repeat and memorize this new feeling a new thing.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

No, that's, that, That's absolutely it, you know?

Speaker:

Um, When Joe Des Benza says, Remembering the future, I think that's, that's

Speaker:

literally what you were just saying.

Speaker:

You know, it's, it's really remembering, uh, the, what you can

Speaker:

remember is the emotions, right.

Speaker:

What you can feel in that moment.

Speaker:

And like you were mentioning, the gratitude.

Speaker:

I think gratitude is so powerful because, uh, it's, it's being

Speaker:

thankful for something that, you know, you've received or just, or

Speaker:

an experience that has happened.

Speaker:

And I know, uh, Jo, Dr.

Speaker:

Joe Des Dispensa has said, When you do that and you feel grateful

Speaker:

for something in the future, even though it's not here yet, you're

Speaker:

creating that emotion already of.

Speaker:

Receiving that, you know, and I think that's really powerful.

Speaker:

I try to always create, uh, that gratitude, that sense of gratitude, like,

Speaker:

you know, in, in, in the heart center feeling, uh, very open and, and a lot of

Speaker:

love in the morning to start your day.

Speaker:

Uh, for one, it just also leads to a better day because you're

Speaker:

in a good day, definitely right?

Speaker:

To start your day off.

Speaker:

And I also think.

Speaker:

When you start to shift your mind, like if you stop trying to just

Speaker:

think about the things that you want in life, but rather who is the

Speaker:

person that's going to receive that?

Speaker:

Like how, what person do I need to be to receive that?

Speaker:

Well, if I want, you know, a future where I'm doing the job, I love making the

Speaker:

money that I want to make, helping the people I want to help, then I'm gonna

Speaker:

feel really grateful and happy and excited to be able to do those things, you know?

Speaker:

And I think if you start creating that emotion now, when you go

Speaker:

step out the door and go talk with anyone, you know you're going to, you

Speaker:

know, exude that kind of a feeling.

Speaker:

And people are gonna be drawn to that.

Speaker:

You know, it's, it's like your dream job.

Speaker:

You know, someone might have that position for you, but if they see

Speaker:

you in a coffee shop and you're just all down and angry and you know, you

Speaker:

don't want to talk to anybody, that's never gonna present itself to you.

Speaker:

But if you go in there and you're, Hey, how's it going?

Speaker:

You know, and, and connecting with.

Speaker:

That job is probably gonna present itself to you, you know?

Speaker:

Another important thing even is when you feeling so deep in your

Speaker:

heart, you don't need it outside.

Speaker:

You don't need this dream job.

Speaker:

You want because you're feeling inside of you and you don't have any, How do

Speaker:

you say in English, aps in Spanish when you don't have any, um, you doesn't

Speaker:

mind if you had, you get it or you don't have it because you're feeling mm-hmm.

Speaker:

So, um, when you practice that, In a daily basis, when you feel abundance

Speaker:

in a daily basic, you feel freedom.

Speaker:

And you start to evaluate other thing, you start to, you, you see the

Speaker:

abundance in another just, and the people when, uh, we went the other day

Speaker:

to a big land and one guy gave us like three kilos of tomatoes, two kilos of

Speaker:

pay, different fluid, not like, uh, juicy and perfect with no chemical.

Speaker:

And I.

Speaker:

Because you start to change your whole way.

Speaker:

You see the life.

Speaker:

So, um, it's amazing because everything in you start to change.

Speaker:

As you mentioned, you need to became a new person.

Speaker:

And this happened as well with the habit.

Speaker:

The people want to lose weight.

Speaker:

The people want to change.

Speaker:

The habit is not about to repeat or be constant or be, or Perseve

Speaker:

died with different new things.

Speaker:

No.

Speaker:

If you want to change, you have it.

Speaker:

You need to became a healthy guy.

Speaker:

You need to do exercise.

Speaker:

Not because, because it's good for you buddy.

Speaker:

You need to start to eat good food because it's, it's not for lose weight, it's

Speaker:

because you became a new human being.

Speaker:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker:

, and this is the way you change.

Speaker:

You have it and you change you feeling and you find new emotion

Speaker:

and you chain everything on you.

Speaker:

And it's.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

No, it's, it's super good.

Speaker:

Um, I definitely always, you know, I recommend to so many people to do

Speaker:

meditations, even if it's not for manifesting, but just to bring peace

Speaker:

of mind and Definitely, Yeah, and like, and like you said, feeling, uh, whole

Speaker:

without feeling the need to go acquire something outside of you, you know?

Speaker:

And, and realistically if you, you know, it's like people say, it's like

Speaker:

once you have money, Doesn't mean that it's gonna solve all of your problems.

Speaker:

You know, you're still gonna have problems.

Speaker:

And so if you're not happy now getting the money isn't necessarily

Speaker:

gonna make you happy, right?

Speaker:

So you have to find the happiness now.

Speaker:

And I think meditation's huge in doing that.

And, uh, and, and you're leading that, you know, And another thing

about the meditation is about to know you little bit deep to go different.

Speaker:

Way you never experience yourself is to need to connect with your shadow,

Speaker:

with your light to our mono, mono, this kind the shadow and light in your body.

Speaker:

So meditate honestly, if.

Speaker:

I will recommend somebody.

Speaker:

Something is just chat the door, chat the eyes, and start

Speaker:

to connect and open your heart.

Speaker:

Because when you open your heart and you start to open your flower, the

Speaker:

creativity start to, you are more active.

Speaker:

You want to do more thing.

Speaker:

Now I feel.

Speaker:

I find my purpose, I away in the morning focus on what I'm gonna do and the way I'm

Speaker:

gonna do and the what I'm gonna create.

Speaker:

Before, when you live in survival model, like 70, 80% of the whole population

Speaker:

live running away because they living in this stress automatic pilot.

Speaker:

But when you stop at a little bit and you observe yourself in a daily

Speaker:

basis, this is the, for me, it's.

Speaker:

Finish a step to change, observe, and you think, Oh, I don't reacting

Speaker:

in the same way with my kids.

Speaker:

Now I feel like I have somebody who hang of me if I'm so angry.

Speaker:

I said, because I tried to connect with my heart before to say something to my,

Speaker:

my kids in the way I react into that.

Speaker:

Um, so when you control all, you emotion, all you thinking, all you feeling,

Speaker:

Everything is start, start to change and on the problem you used to have it.

Speaker:

Your perception is totally different.

Speaker:

There are no problem, There are situation, and you fix looking

Speaker:

for solution for this situation.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

No, it's so good.

Speaker:

Speaker:

Dropping, dropping a lot of knowledge bombs here.

Um, , so I talking a lot, even in English.

No, it's, it's awesome Tony.

You're doing a amazing job.

And, um, you know, I wanted to definitely, uh, include, uh, because the whole

reason I have this podcast is always to provide people with actionable steps

and tools that they can use in their life right now to, uh, you know, change

their health, change their mindset.

And so in terms of meditation, I would love to hear, you know, a little piece of

advice for maybe someone who is interested in trying meditation and then someone

who is already practicing meditation but maybe wants to take it a step further.

Um, for me the most important thing about the, the piece of advice I can

Speaker:

give somebody is to try don't when, when the people think I just have

Speaker:

a lot of conversation with people.

Speaker:

I can meditate.

Speaker:

My brain don't stop to thinking, I just thinking all the time.

Speaker:

So the secret is to stop to thinking and he's feeling.

Speaker:

So when, normally, when we are living in this Bible model, we.

Speaker:

Pay attention to the material life we live in this dual life in the separation life.

Speaker:

But when you open, you, you, you attention, you, you open your

Speaker:

attention to feel around to you.

Speaker:

The space in front of you, behind of you, in the top of you.

Speaker:

When you open to sc, you brain can think is feeling.

Speaker:

It's feeling.

Speaker:

And when you start to feeling behind of you, in front of you, you wave.

Speaker:

Um, Wave brain wave lengths.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Sorry.

Speaker:

No, you're good.

Speaker:

So, but uh, start to go down and you start to go to Alpha.

Speaker:

And if can go down, can go to Zeta.

Speaker:

And in Zeta you always asleep, but you are a little away.

Speaker:

And this is the perfect moment.

Speaker:

And when you are there, And you open your heart with the elevator

Speaker:

emotion, with gratitude, and the people say, How I can feel gratitude.

Speaker:

I say, Look, I can't feel gratitude to having a, a hot cha.

Speaker:

Maybe the 30% of the population I can have hot cha.

Speaker:

If I'm going to India of another, South Africa, another country maybe

Speaker:

I'm really privileged to have a hot cha shower so I can feel grateful.

Speaker:

Only with this, I can be grateful only to sleep in my bed.

Speaker:

I can be grateful to have a house or a car outside.

Speaker:

So when you start to remember, Um, lucky we are to live in the, in the

Speaker:

country, in the situation we are.

Speaker:

And you start to remember this kind of thing and don't put focus in the negative

Speaker:

thing, in the complaint thing, in the all the best bad thing, you start to change.

Speaker:

So the big advice to people will meditate feeling they need to be a professional or.

Speaker:

. So you speak too much ? No, Tony, That's, I honestly, I think, um, that's probably

Speaker:

gonna wrap it up cuz that's perfect.

Speaker:

I think, uh, you know, I was thinking of like, advice that I would give, but that's

Speaker:

actually one of the best pieces of pieces of advice I think you could possibly give.

Speaker:

Because even my, myself personally, my deepest meditations have been

Speaker:

when, uh, I, I really just focus.

Speaker:

Bringing my awareness to body sensations and really just being focused on that

Speaker:

because that really allows me to get outta my mind, stop with all the crazy thoughts

Speaker:

of the day and just be in the moment.

Speaker:

And, uh, yeah, it's like pretty much, yeah, the best, the best

Speaker:

piece of advice when you be, when you are in the present moment.

Speaker:

When you are observing yourself, you are in the present moment and you used to to

Speaker:

be conscious about your unconscious mind, and this is the, another thing is amazing.

Speaker:

Other bit of advice if you allow me, is to meditate community.

Speaker:

The energy you're feeling in the community is absolutely amazing, is incredible.

Speaker:

I did that challenge meditation for seven days with more than 50%.

Speaker:

Honestly, the people cry.

Speaker:

The people send me messenger, like Tony is.

Speaker:

I never feel something like that.

Speaker:

And other thing is try to have a little knowledge about why I need to feel.

Speaker:

To understand what's going on in your brain and in your body.

Speaker:

If you have knowledge, you can.

Speaker:

And the last one, if you allow me, is yeah, give up.

Speaker:

Give up the, the people try to control.

Speaker:

You need to jump into your analytic mind.

Speaker:

Just keep up, just feeling.

Speaker:

Give up to the sensation.

Speaker:

Try to observe your body and enjoy the present moment.

Speaker:

Don't try to control anything because if you want to control more, you are

Speaker:

losing what you need to, is chill or relax, Give up to this intelligent

Speaker:

living you and around you and connecting with this unified feel or God or unity.

Speaker:

Or whatever everyone build out.

Speaker:

There are many names, . Yeah.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

No, I mean, Tony, these are, these are excellent pieces of advice for,

Speaker:

uh, meditating and ways to deepen the practice and to get outta your head.

Speaker:
