Speaker:

It took me a while to fully make that leap and trust that if I

Speaker:

put all of my energy and love into the creation of a business

Speaker:

that would serve the world that it would actually work and that

Speaker:

it would actually provide enough for me to live the lifestyle

Speaker:

that I want to live.

Speaker:

Hello, fellow Earthlings. Welcome to the becoming the big

Speaker:

Speaker:

things mind, body, and soul. With justice, major business,

Speaker:

into it. I have an amazing woman here with me today, Katie J. She

Speaker:

helps spiritual women manifest their desires without the

Speaker:

struggle of limiting beliefs, doubt and fear. And I am so

Speaker:

excited. We chatted a little bit before and I know you guys are

Speaker:

going to love this episode. Hey, Katie, how are you doing today?

Speaker:

I am doing wonderful. jameelah. Thank you so much for having me.

Speaker:

I am so blessed that we got connected on Facebook. I really

Speaker:

am excited for this chat. So let's just dive right in. And

Speaker:

let's just kind of talk about your story. What like you are it

Speaker:

have this amazing business right now where you help women really

Speaker:

overcome those limiting beliefs and with your manifestation

Speaker:

circles. Now. Can you bring me back to the beginning of your

Speaker:

entrepreneurship journey? were you working in a nine to five

Speaker:

before? How did you kind of get to where you are?

Speaker:

Yeah, so I was working a nine to five, my entrepreneurship

Speaker:

journey. I would actually, you know it, my entrepreneurship

Speaker:

journey was a part of my greater spiritual journey, I would say,

Speaker:

which started back in 2015. I remained in the corporate world

Speaker:

for about a month after my first spiritual awakening. And then I

Speaker:

shifted to working at retreat centers. And I was working at a

Speaker:

retreat center outside of Austin, Texas, and living with a

Speaker:

woman who ran her own online coaching business coaching

Speaker:

women, women's fitness. And I was just so inspired by how much

Speaker:

energy she put into her business. And I was so just

Speaker:

taken aback by the results that her clients were getting over

Speaker:

online space entirely. And in 2017, I went to Peru, and was

Speaker:

sitting in this Plaza, and connected to Wi Fi, and fully

Speaker:

realizing that I could do everything that I do from my

Speaker:

desk, at the retreat center, from anywhere in the world and

Speaker:

realize that there was this wide open possibility for my life and

Speaker:

what I could create, if I set my mind to it. So from then on,

Speaker:

things started happening, I was introduced to people who started

Speaker:

planting ideas in my head and started to tell me to look into

Speaker:

this type of business or that type of business. And I was all

Speaker:

over the place, jumping around in all different sorts of online

Speaker:

spaces that I had no business, like drop shipping, and all

Speaker:

sorts of things that were just like felt really unaligned. And

Speaker:

I just kept searching and searching and searching and I

Speaker:

hired coaches and industry experts to help me kind of

Speaker:

figure out where I should be in this online space if I could be

Speaker:

at all. And it took me it took me a while to fully make that

Speaker:

leap and trust that if I put all of my energy and love into the

Speaker:

creation of a business that would serve the world, that it

Speaker:

would actually work and that it would actually provide enough

Speaker:

for me to live the lifestyle that I want to live and support

Speaker:

my boxer puppy. He's five he's not actually a puppy. He's the

Speaker:

only thing I have to support right now. You know. We don't

Speaker:

need a lot You know, and things just started slowly opening up

Speaker:

for me, I tried things I tried courses I tried, meaning

Speaker:

launching and leading courses, I tried one on one coaching, I

Speaker:

tried group programs, I tried all different sorts of things,

Speaker:

just figure out what felt good. And from each time that I tried

Speaker:

something new in my business, I took what worked and I let go of

Speaker:

what didn't work. And I took what worked and I let go, what

Speaker:

didn't work in everything that I made, I invested back into my

Speaker:

business and back into the the parts of my business that were

Speaker:

helping it to grow, helping it to connect with clients helping

Speaker:

to sign clients. And that included a lot of coaching, a

Speaker:

lot of mentorship, and getting that one on one support was

Speaker:

really crucial for me in my journey.

Speaker:

So what how So from what you're saying it sounds like there was

Speaker:

kind of a lot of failure on your road to where you are now. So

Speaker:

can you kind of dive into that a little bit. Um, and how you took

Speaker:

that failure at that time, how you take failure now and because

Speaker:

I know that a lot of entrepreneurs out there people

Speaker:

who are, you know, striving to create something that very

Speaker:

discouraged when that initial idea doesn't work the way that

Speaker:

they pictured it, you're gonna dive into that aspect a little

Speaker:

bit.

Speaker:

Yeah, it might have a lot to do with the fact that what I am

Speaker:

coaching, what I am holding space for, and teaching is

Speaker:

manifesting, which, if anyone who's died, who has dove into

Speaker:

the world of manifesting, has probably realized that it's

Speaker:

mostly a fancy word for healing. And so and then a lot of that

Speaker:

healing is, we were required to look at that failure and to look

Speaker:

at those stories that we were telling ourselves that made it

Speaker:

so that that failure happened, or, or that there were parts of

Speaker:

that situation that just didn't feel good. And I can dive into

Speaker:

more details like I was, I remember launching a course that

Speaker:

I just did not feel aligned with. And I did it anyway,

Speaker:

because I knew that there was something to learn about the

Speaker:

launch process. And actually, I didn't know that my business

Speaker:

coach told me that I'm not gonna didn't like, that was my idea.

Speaker:

She was like, you should continue, go all the way through

Speaker:

the launch process. So you can figure out what you do and don't

Speaker:

like. And what I didn't like, was the negative self chatter

Speaker:

that came up during it, it was less about, oh, I don't want to

Speaker:

write this email sequence, or Oh, I don't want to promote

Speaker:

myself on Instagram, because I gotten really comfortable doing

Speaker:

that, at that point. It was just this, you know, this product

Speaker:

doesn't feel aligned. And so therefore, I'm going to be open

Speaker:

to the guidance for what is the next product that that maybe is

Speaker:

more aligned, because I'm seeing, I'm seeing her launch a

Speaker:

course and doing really, really well. And I'm seeing him launch

Speaker:

a course and do really, really well. So surely, I should be

Speaker:

doing courses too. But when you actually go through that

Speaker:

process, which I'm really glad that I did, I was able to

Speaker:

realize like it wasn't the launch or any of those nuances.

Speaker:

It was like the actual product. So Okay, next launch, or at

Speaker:

least between those two launches, leaving my really

Speaker:

leaning into my spiritual practices and inner guidance and

Speaker:

asking, like, what is it that I should be offering? And what is

Speaker:

it that's gonna feel really, really, really aligned?

Speaker:

So do you have any tips for people who it's I get these

Speaker:

questions all the time, like, How do I know? What is my inner

Speaker:

guidance? How do I know? What's my intuition speaking? And

Speaker:

what's maybe just my ego or my limiting beliefs speaking? So do

Speaker:

you have any tips for how to kind of discern between those

Speaker:

voices?

Speaker:

Oh, absolutely. So the best way that I like to really think

Speaker:

about it is just this old school cartoons where there's like a

Speaker:

devil on the shoulder, and an angel on the shoulder. And

Speaker:

that's a little dramatic, right? We don't want to say that the

Speaker:

ego is the devil because our ego is not the devil. The ego is not

Speaker:

the is not bad, right? our ego has is here to keep us alive and

Speaker:

keep us safe. And that's great and good and we need it. But

Speaker:

it's not here to allow us to step outside of our comfort zone

Speaker:

or to really flourish in life and thrive and ask for and

Speaker:

receive a life that we've never lived before. Right That's not

Speaker:

the egos job And so the ego will always sound like fear. It will

Speaker:

always sound like fear, like scarcity, like not enough, like

Speaker:

guilt, like shame, you know, that's that voice. If it sounds

Speaker:

like that, then it's gonna be the ego. But if it sounds like

Speaker:

it's coming from a place of love, then it's your higher

Speaker:

self, then it's your inner guidance, then it's your

Speaker:

intuition. Because your inner guidance doesn't say, get off

Speaker:

this plane, it's gonna explode. Like, that's not how it guides

Speaker:

you, it will just say, you know, what, I think you should cancel

Speaker:

that flight. You know, well, in advance, it will guide you well

Speaker:

in advance of those things. Like, that's the beauty of

Speaker:

trusting it is, it feels like love. Always. And that's, that's

Speaker:

the beauty of, of the distinction, too, is that we all

Speaker:

we know that what that feels like in our bodies.

Speaker:

Yeah. And I also feel like the ego is kind of more just like,

Speaker:

looking for attention. Like, it's kind of like jumping up,

Speaker:

like, look at me, it can be loud, and it can be very

Speaker:

obnoxious. Whereas that inner guidance is not necessarily so

Speaker:

loud. It's not so noxious, but it's steady. It's just that

Speaker:

consistent feeling over time. That's like, hey.

Speaker:

Yeah, exactly. So I'm in a place in my life right now, where I'm

Speaker:

like, okay, you know, despite the fact that everything that's

Speaker:

going on with Coronavirus, and stuff, like, I really can't,

Speaker:

could live anywhere that I wanted to. And I've realized

Speaker:

that and I've kind of been feeling the need to move but not

Speaker:

know where to go. And so I've just been, like, releasing that

Speaker:

question and asking for guidance. And I have noticed

Speaker:

that Ooh, ooh, ooh, you know, like, kind of popping up here

Speaker:

and there, and I'm just, okay. Well, I see you, you know what,

Speaker:

I'm not gonna make any decisions yet. And then a few days later,

Speaker:

oh, oh, I'm still here telling you to go here.

Speaker:

That's so funny that you bring that up, because that's actually

Speaker:

how we landed in Arizona is we I had been feeling for a while,

Speaker:

like, we needed to move we needed, you know, something to

Speaker:

happen. And so I started asking for signs, and just all kinds of

Speaker:

crazy stuff just started happening. Like, there was a

Speaker:

farmers market that we used to go to all the time. It's our

Speaker:

favorite activity we did every Saturday. And we got kicked out

Speaker:

of the farmers market, because I had my purse in my wagon. And

Speaker:

the lady told me, I needed to carry my purse because someone

Speaker:

was going to steal it. And I told her, oh, that's okay. My

Speaker:

child's also in my way. And she like, told us that we weren't

Speaker:

allowed to come back to the farmers market. And I was like,

Speaker:

This is the weirdest situation I've ever had in my entire life.

Speaker:

So I started reflecting on it. And I had this like, download,

Speaker:

like, Oh, this is one of those signs that you're asking for.

Speaker:

Like, it doesn't make any logical sense. This is one of

Speaker:

those things that you're asking for. And then I don't know if

Speaker:

you're into Angel numbers or anything like that. But these

Speaker:

numbers just kept appearing. And that was when I first got into

Speaker:

Angel numbers. I'd never looked up a number before. For some

Speaker:

reason, my intuition was like, look it up. And he was like, you

Speaker:

need to move right now. And I was like, Oh,

Speaker:

okay.

Speaker:

So I love that because that's, yeah, that's exactly how we

Speaker:

ended up here. It was just over time consistently, kind of

Speaker:

seeing these signs and asking for more confirmation, and then

Speaker:

finally just taking that leap and be like, okay, I hear you.

Speaker:

We're going.

Speaker:

Yeah, and so many people are scared that they're gonna miss

Speaker:

the sign. You know, they're like, what if I missed it? Like,

Speaker:

what if that was it? It's like, you're gonna get it? Yeah,

Speaker:

you're in like, safe loving hands. Think of it that.

Speaker:

Exactly. And for me, like, because I've definitely been in

Speaker:

that point, I'm sure you have as well. where like, was that a

Speaker:

sign? Is that a sign? Oh, no. And how does it ask for more?

Speaker:

Like, if you don't ask, you know, like, if you need

Speaker:

clarification, like, just be like, Hey, what's that assigned?

Speaker:

Can you give me another sign to confirm? Like, there's nothing

Speaker:

wrong with just point blank asking that?

Speaker:

Yes, exactly. I met this very witchy woman in Costa Rica one

Speaker:

time who was telling me all about her games that she was

Speaker:

playing with the universe. And she was like, I asked for a

Speaker:

coconut yesterday, and I got to Oh,

Speaker:

do you? That's a great point there. Do you do gamification

Speaker:

with your life? You know,

Speaker:

it's funny. It's something I just got started doing, which is

Speaker:

crazy because I teach manifestation. So you would

Speaker:

think that that'd be something that I mean, now. It's something

Speaker:

that I'm playing with and I'm encouraging my clients To play

Speaker:

with to, but like the other day, or not the other day, it was a

Speaker:

month ago, April 1 that I moved into this current apartment. And

Speaker:

that weekend, I said, I want flowers from flowers, you know.

Speaker:

And then the day that I moved in to my, this house, my landlord

Speaker:

was planting flowers all in her garden beds. And I was like,

Speaker:

Yeah, not how I had imagined them, but I'll take it, you

Speaker:

know?

Speaker:

I love that. Yeah, you. Um, it's something that I'm just now

Speaker:

starting to get into as well. I have. I mean, I have, I guess

Speaker:

I've kind of been doing it for a while I just didn't realize that

Speaker:

I was doing it like a big one for me is, when I'm driving. I

Speaker:

have done this for a while I didn't realize like, I had no

Speaker:

idea. But I would just think, you know, green light. Like

Speaker:

whenever I'd be coming up near a green light, I always hit green

Speaker:

light. And every time that I'm like, consciously driving, and I

Speaker:

think that like I always hit green lights. And so like, I

Speaker:

have been trying to incorporate that more into my practice

Speaker:

religious, I'm taking things a little less seriously, because

Speaker:

that is definitely something that I personally had struggled

Speaker:

with. Just over my journey, I have, you know, felt this need

Speaker:

to rally overcompensate? I guess because I do get a lot of flack

Speaker:

based on my history and how I've gotten to where I am. And so I

Speaker:

feel like oh, I need to show up, like extra, you know, business

Speaker:

like or extra masculine to be able to fit into the marketing

Speaker:

space. And lately, you know, over I mean, really, over the

Speaker:

past couple of years, have really been diving into more of

Speaker:

the flow and the feminine and really bringing in that into my

Speaker:

business as well. Like I did. I did a a manifestation exercise.

Speaker:

I don't know if you've heard of the five by

Speaker:

55.

Speaker:

manifestation challenge. Yeah, it's, it's a pretty big one.

Speaker:

And I,

Speaker:

I decided to try it with with my marketing business. I've done a

Speaker:

lot of the manifestation stuff with my coaching business, but

Speaker:

for some reason wasn't transferring it over to my

Speaker:

marketing business. And so I decided to try it for my

Speaker:

marketing agency. And then within two weeks, I signed on to

Speaker:

new like high ticket clients. I was like, Oh, hello.

Speaker:

Love it.

Speaker:

It works all around.

Speaker:

I have never fully committed to the 555 or 333. method. Three,

Speaker:

like when you write something 33 times for three days, or

Speaker:

whatever it is. Yeah, okay. Yeah. I've never fully committed

Speaker:

to it. Maybe I'll give it a try.

Speaker:

Yeah, you should definitely definitely try it. There have

Speaker:

been a couple times where I had tried it in the past, but I made

Speaker:

it to like two days or three days or whatever. I'm starting

Speaker:

to

Speaker:

get tired.

Speaker:

Yeah, so finally I actually

Speaker:

because of Tick tock,

Speaker:

so I've been like really into Tick Tock lately. And I decided

Speaker:

to make this video about the challenge. And I was like, Oh, I

Speaker:

have to do it now. And because I had that accountability from the

Speaker:

TIC Tock video, I follow through and then saw these amazing

Speaker:

results, which was really cool, because then I was able to share

Speaker:

that with you with Tick Tock. And yeah, that's one of the

Speaker:

other things look, tell. Tell me about that. Like with coaching,

Speaker:

like do you feel like that helps keep you accountable for your

Speaker:

energy and what you're doing as well?

Speaker:

Oh, absolutely. Yeah. Because, and that's probably the best

Speaker:

part of it, too, you know, is that I get to show my clients

Speaker:

what's possible for them, you know, and you can look at that

Speaker:

and see like, and think of it as a huge weight or responsibility,

Speaker:

but I think of it I get fires me up, you know, it gets me really

Speaker:

excited to like, No, I can't shrink back and play small

Speaker:

because if I were my client, I wouldn't tell them to do you

Speaker:

know, I would not put up with that. So, you know, situations

Speaker:

and, you know, we're constantly I think what's funny about the

Speaker:

555 method and the 333 method and writing things over and over

Speaker:

again is that I do feel like it's that subconscious Reese

Speaker:

like it's, it's how we can reset our subconscious mind. And if

Speaker:

our subconscious mind is thinking about something all the

Speaker:

time time it's a magnet to it, right? So it's like constantly

Speaker:

pulling those things in. But what I think a lot of people

Speaker:

don't realize is that there are so many subconscious things to

Speaker:

work through that it's the process is really, I mean, the

Speaker:

process of manifesting and growing and evolving and

Speaker:

whatever is like it's constant. So for me, having a coaching

Speaker:

container is that constant support that like that in a

Speaker:

weird way that I need to be like, yeah, this is a practice

Speaker:

that we're gonna keep doing and keep evolving, and keep up

Speaker:

leveling and keep expanding.

Speaker:

I love that. So on the topic of manifestation, something I hear

Speaker:

a lot in kind of the manifestation community,

Speaker:

or people who are trying to learn about manifestation

Speaker:

is

Speaker:

they get really discouraged if they're not

Speaker:

feeling, you know, high vibe or not feeling like they're in this

Speaker:

really positive space. And they feel like if they feel down

Speaker:

ever, then like, everything is just going to collapse and it

Speaker:

can't manifest anymore. What are your thoughts on that?

Speaker:

Yeah, I run into that belief a lot too, or that misconception

Speaker:

maybe. So. There is such beauty in experiencing the full

Speaker:

spectrum of the human emotions. And always, always, always, our

Speaker:

emotions are like, what are they? What are they really,

Speaker:

they're a biochemical release in the body. What releases those

Speaker:

biochemicals, those hormones that make us feel the emotion of

Speaker:

sadness, or feel the emotion of anger, feel the emotion of

Speaker:

guilt, or shame. It's a thought, it's a thought that triggers

Speaker:

that right? So what thoughts are making me feel these emotions,

Speaker:

and we were talking before we hit record on Shadow Work, and

Speaker:

that's what Shadow Work is, is looking at those thoughts that

Speaker:

triggered those emotions. And not saying I'm bad for having

Speaker:

those thoughts, I shouldn't have those thoughts. I'm a strong

Speaker:

woman, there's no way I should be feeling these emotions, you

Speaker:

know, I, I, that goes through my mind all the time. Instead, you

Speaker:

just look at them and observe them, and maybe even crazy, it's

Speaker:

gonna sound crazy. But imagine that they are your inner child,

Speaker:

imagine that they are your inner roommate, imagine that they're

Speaker:

the voice, excuse me of your grandmother, right? or wherever

Speaker:

that nagging, or that limiting belief or that self conscious

Speaker:

thought came from. And really taking that emotion, taking that

Speaker:

thought, taking that situation, whatever is triggering you, and

Speaker:

separating it from you, and just allowing yourself to experience

Speaker:

that to learn from it, to grow from it, to evaluate it, to

Speaker:

integrate it. And what I'm talking about is, is the Shadow

Speaker:

Work process that I kind of walk my clients through, and really

Speaker:

taking those feelings that don't feel good, those thoughts that

Speaker:

don't feel good, and integrating them into our path as something

Speaker:

that I'm debating how far I should go into this. So maybe I

Speaker:

should give an example. Like, okay, for what's going on in my

Speaker:

life and example from my life right now, is I need to get some

Speaker:

dental work done. I don't have health insurance, I because I'm

Speaker:

a full time entrepreneur. And I just haven't gotten to that

Speaker:

point yet where I've gotten myself some health insurance,

Speaker:

that would probably even cover what it is that I need done. And

Speaker:

so I keep telling myself this story, this limiting belief that

Speaker:

I can't afford to get the dental work done that I need to or it's

Speaker:

going to, you know, put me in some sort of financial stress.

Speaker:

And so I put it off, I put it off and I'm in pain, it hurts to

Speaker:

chew and I'm like, Wait a second, like, this is not me

Speaker:

living my best life, right? Like, I'm experiencing something

Speaker:

that does not feel good. And that is kind of perpetuated in

Speaker:

my reality by the pain, the physical pain, but it's all the

Speaker:

root of it's just like my limiting belief. So I look at

Speaker:

that limiting belief. And I'm like, Where's this coming from?

Speaker:

Like, where is this? I don't have enough or like scarcity

Speaker:

mindset coming from because the truth is like I do have enough

Speaker:

You know, if I actually looked at my bank account, like I have

Speaker:

plenty To cover this and going through the process of like,

Speaker:

shedding light on, whatever it is that's making you feel like

Speaker:

shit, whatever it is that making you feel, or that that is caught

Speaker:

that triggering those thoughts that's triggering those emotions

Speaker:

that's allowing you to experience that low vibration,

Speaker:

emotion and doing the work. Like that's the work of manifesting

Speaker:

is like, yes, experience those emotions, experienced them to

Speaker:

their fullest, but don't experience them for the rest of

Speaker:

your life, like, do the processing now, and look at them

Speaker:

shine light on them, there's probably going to need to be

Speaker:

some sort of forgiveness involved other forgiveness of

Speaker:

others forgiveness of self, and then some loving compassion for

Speaker:

self love and compassion for others. And people. I mean, when

Speaker:

I first heard about this process, and when I was first

Speaker:

taken through this process with my mentor, I was like, this

Speaker:

seems like is that all I have to do? You know, is that is that

Speaker:

it? You know, and that issue, that

Speaker:

thing that's holding you back, that limiting belief, that

Speaker:

unhelpful story, that timeline that's been, you know, projected

Speaker:

onto you by others in your life. All of that, if you just look at

Speaker:

it, and you realize, like, Wait a second, I don't have to

Speaker:

identify with that I don't have to carry that anymore. I don't

Speaker:

have to, you know, let that be my story, I can actually create

Speaker:

a new story and a new paradigm for my life and leaning into

Speaker:

that. So it's a process of all of it, of experiencing those low

Speaker:

vibe emotions, so that you can return to your natural state of

Speaker:

experiencing love and experiencing that compassion

Speaker:

that exists within all of us.

Speaker:

Yeah, so really, using those kind of bad those, I don't like

Speaker:

to say bad. But those feelings that are can be

Speaker:

compartmentalised as bad. Has the learning experiences like

Speaker:

oh, this isn't maybe something I should dig into a little bit

Speaker:

more, this is something I should explore more like, why is this

Speaker:

coming up? That's, I mean, I think you really hit the nail on

Speaker:

the head with that one, that's really how you can use those

Speaker:

feelings, those low vibe emotions, to manifest because

Speaker:

when you actually accept them, that's the other thing is accept

Speaker:

those feelings, you set it at the beginning, we are human, we

Speaker:

are here to have a human experience. And part of being

Speaker:

human part of the human experience, is feeling those

Speaker:

things is feeling those emotions, and so being able to

Speaker:

accept them and be like, Okay, I see you, I feel, you know, why

Speaker:

are you here. And using that as a trigger, to instead of

Speaker:

downward spiral, but using that as a trigger to learn more and

Speaker:

to explore

Speaker:

more.

Speaker:

Absolutely, and the only reason why it's called Shadow Work, or

Speaker:

why those things are in the shadow, meaning those emotions

Speaker:

or topics or relationships that we don't want to discuss, like

Speaker:

they're only in the shadow because we don't want to discuss

Speaker:

them. Because we keep pushing them further and further down.

Speaker:

But the issue is that they're still there, they're still in

Speaker:

your energy body, and there's, you will probably find that they

Speaker:

will continue to affect your manifestations until you shine

Speaker:

light on them.

Speaker:

Yeah, one of the kind of images that I like to use for that is

Speaker:

if you're thinking about a dark cave, it's completely black put

Speaker:

away, you can't see anything, but if you just like the tiniest

Speaker:

little light, if you just like one little tea light candle in

Speaker:

there, you're going to create massive illumination, in this

Speaker:

case in this cave. And so what you're saying is when you accept

Speaker:

and kind of shine that light on that shadow, you really kind of

Speaker:

open, open it up and it just even just diving into it a

Speaker:

little bit is going to help expand more and more. When you

Speaker:

think about like the layers like I know for me in my journey,

Speaker:

like there have been lots of things where I dive into and

Speaker:

emotions and

Speaker:

then I

Speaker:

clear them and then later on they start coming up again when

Speaker:

I have reached like another level. What do you think about

Speaker:

kind of that? Yeah, absolutely. I'm actually reading this book

Speaker:

called do less by Kate Northrup, and it's all about cycle

Speaker:

sinking, so sinking your life and business With your menstrual

Speaker:

cycle, and yeah, I'm loving it so far. And one of the things

Speaker:

that she talks about, and she has this whole diagram, so you

Speaker:

can imagine, like, you know, an upward slope, but on this upward

Speaker:

slope are these loops. And the loops kind of signify our cycle,

Speaker:

whether it's a menstrual cycle, the seasons, you know, however

Speaker:

you want to think about it, the moon cycles. And as we go up,

Speaker:

you know, where we're evolving, we're doing our shadow work,

Speaker:

we're kind of processing and integrating those that the

Speaker:

shadows and the things that don't no longer service. But

Speaker:

yeah, they're going to come up again. But you're going to be at

Speaker:

a higher consciousness at that point, and able to look at it

Speaker:

and say, Oh, yeah, there's that there's that daddy issue again,

Speaker:

or whatever it is, say, like, wow, I can either allow this to

Speaker:

impact my decision and make a decision out of fear, or I can

Speaker:

make a decision out of love. And just just because it's there,

Speaker:

again, doesn't mean that it, you're starting from scratch,

Speaker:

it's just, you're human, it's not gonna, you know, you're not

Speaker:

a computer that we can just completely wipe clean, you don't

Speaker:

want that. Gonna take some layers, I think that's a really

Speaker:

great way to visualize it.

Speaker:

Yeah, and like, you know, when you are coming back to it from

Speaker:

that higher level of consciousness, like you can, you

Speaker:

can heal it even deeper, you know, like, I feel like we can

Speaker:

only heal based on our current level of understanding. And as

Speaker:

we continue to grow, some things, you know, might come

Speaker:

back up because we didn't fully get all the way to the core,

Speaker:

because we just weren't there yet.

Speaker:

Totally or like, as your as you progress on your journey and

Speaker:

connection, more and more of the natural loving essence within

Speaker:

you, you tap into more and more forgiveness. So maybe you've

Speaker:

forgiven that person, you forgiven that person, you're

Speaker:

like, I can release you, you know, you haven't like really

Speaker:

forgiven them to the point where you feel that you can look back

Speaker:

on that situation and only feel love for them and only feel

Speaker:

compassion for where they were in their journey and the tools

Speaker:

that they had access to at the time. Ah,

Speaker:

man, I absolutely love all of this. Now, we were running,

Speaker:

running on time here. So before we close out, I just want had a

Speaker:

couple more questions for you. First, what is one thing that

Speaker:

you're kind of struggling with in your business? And then what

Speaker:

is one thing that you're super excited about in your business

Speaker:

right now?

Speaker:

Hmm.

Speaker:

I love the this question. Because two questions. So one

Speaker:

thing I am struggling with in my business I actually mentioned

Speaker:

before is the cycle sinking. I my cycle has been kind of all

Speaker:

over the place recently, and I'm taking a year long course and I

Speaker:

are VEDA. To learn more about this, I am actively tracking it

Speaker:

and doing my best to because when the whole purpose of cycle

Speaker:

seeking is that you don't do much in your business when

Speaker:

you're menstruating. Right, so if you can't if you don't know

Speaker:

when you're going to menstruate, how do you plan out your and so

Speaker:

I think maybe that brings up the larger issue is just the

Speaker:

planning of my business. Like, I know what I need, you know, I I

Speaker:

for the first time ever jameelah for the first time ever. for

Speaker:

June, I wrote out every single day what I need to do my

Speaker:

business and it feels so good, but that's what I've been

Speaker:

struggling with. It's just that like, organization around the

Speaker:

lifestyle that I want to lead chillon when I'm, you know, not

Speaker:

feeling like engaging as much during that time of the month,

Speaker:

but also just being able to show up in a way that serves my

Speaker:

clients because I'm organized and fully planned out and

Speaker:

feeling present and ready to go.

Speaker:

I love that. And then what are you currently most excited about

Speaker:

in your business? Yeah, I

Speaker:

am most excited about my women's circles. So like I mentioned

Speaker:

before, I've been all over the place when it comes to my

Speaker:

offerings for the world and just trying to figure out what how I

Speaker:

can serve best really with with my background and talents and

Speaker:

gifts and passions. And these women's circles that I'm

Speaker:

wrapping up the first round right now and the container that

Speaker:

I've created has transformed these women's lives and it's

Speaker:

blowing my damn mind. And I'm loving it. And I can't wait to

Speaker:

launch the next round in June. And the next round after that in

Speaker:

September, like I told you, I'm planning things out. So these

Speaker:

women's circles there, it's an eight week program. And we

Speaker:

basically learn how to leverage the power of collective

Speaker:

manifestation through sisterhood. And we go through

Speaker:

the manifestation process, and we talk about really hard

Speaker:

topics, we do Shadow Work together, we hold space for one

Speaker:

another. And we encourage and uplift one another. And it's

Speaker:

been just been this beautiful support group for spiritual

Speaker:

women online. So that's what I'm most excited about.

Speaker:

That sounds super exciting. You made me excited just listening

Speaker:

to you talk about it. That's how you know that it's an aligned

Speaker:

and aligned offer right there. So Katie, where can people find

Speaker:

you? Where do you hang out?

Speaker:

Yeah, so

Speaker:

I hang out mostly on Instagram. At with manifestor. So that's

Speaker:

WMANI F, E s, t e r, and that same word, well, manifester is

Speaker:

my website to win manifester.com. So that's where

Speaker:

all the info is. But I mostly keep that up to date, but I hang

Speaker:
