Shownotes
South Georgia guitar picker and singer-songwriter, Scott Wilson, is our guest this episode. He’s a familiar performer in bars and restaurants in the area when he’s not working in the bridge department of CSX Railroad and doing honey-dos for Uncle Dave’s former post office boss’s daughter, Polly. Inspired by Angus Young of AC/DC, Scott got his first electric guitar at the age of 15 and was in and out of high school bands while maintaining a high profile as a record-holding Ware County Gator baseball pitcher. He only began to write songs in 2020 during the Covid shutdown and shares two originals, “Eyes On The Road” and “I Love It When It Rains”.
