• When you look at the social engineering attacks that target our people, they are targeting what are called these cognitive biases.
• When you get funding, just take your time. You're going to feel very rushed to hit those numbers, take your time and be strategic about your decisions and about your movement. It's all too easy to want to just jump and to move too quickly. When you do, you make mistakes that you might not make otherwise.
• I know a lot of people omit their executives from the security awareness training. I see it still to this day, and I think it's a terrible idea.
