Maha Al Musa is a mother of three, doula, writer, dancer, who was voted for the One World Birth Hero National Award in 2011 and is founder of Bellydance For Birth® since 1997. Maha has also spoken at numerous birth and midwifery conferences. Maha is passionate about sharing her love to free women to birth their babies in the way they choose with a deep trust in their inherent birth wisdom and for society to recognize the baby’s journey as important and of extreme value for the imprint of Love states for Humanity sake. She shares bellydancebirth® as a rite of passage and a path toward a sacred birth and now teaches professional workshop trainings. She is also a passionate advocate for the right for choices in breastfeeding for both mother and baby/child and she is especially passionate about natural term breastfeeding. At 52 she is breastfed her daughter Aminah until the age of 7 and they have both been featured and interviewed on National TV (Sunrise TV, A Current Affair, Mornings Show and Magazines -Woman's Day, Take 5) - in Australia as well as many many online publications. She is featured in a 2015 in a Discovery Channel documentary Extreme Breastfeeding produced for worldwide release as well as a short documentary for RTL.
