Cat Merrick joins AL and Jules on the Biscuit. A regular on the show Cat always offers the greatest conversations. We start by talking about how the Pandemic has offered a huge challenge to her and her businesses. However Cat remains positive, in fact I think we can all learn a lesson from her. Even in the most stressful of times, like I don't know, fresh water swimming in freezing cold water, Cat has learned the art of keeping it together.
