This hour focuses on reducing family caregiver stress through hypnosis. A lot of caregivers put themselves last, with lots of negative self-talk, feeling like they can't keep up, aren't good enough, trying to be everything to everybody. In this segment, Faith Marshall of Awakenings Hypnosis & Coaching talks about how she uses hypnosis to help reverse that negativity. She helps people stand in their own power, make their own choices on boundaries, and embrace them, helping caregivers get into a new mindset.
