Diane:

Diane:
I have spent over 20 years working in the fire service, that is 96% male
Diane:
dominated, and while most of my career has been rewarding and successful,
Diane:
I felt there was something missing.
Diane:
Which didn't make sense because from the outside looking in, I had it all.
Diane:
And then my personal and professional life fell apart.
Diane:
Through my journey to authenticity, I've discovered a few things.
Diane:
Number one, the fire inside me is the authenticity, intuition, and wisdom
Diane:
that is always burning, guiding me in how I lead in all areas of my life.
Diane:
Number two, I was missing connection with women.
Diane:
I longed for a community where I was surrounded by beautiful souls who are
Diane:
on their journey to authenticity and who encourage, support and lift each other up.
Diane:
And number three, I needed to slow down, prioritize myself and
Diane:
reimagine the definition of self care.
Diane:
The journey to authenticity is winding, full of potholes, and deeply personal.
Diane:
No two paths are the same.
Diane:
However, the pillars of leadership, self care, and community create the foundation
Diane:
for keeping the fire inside you burning.
Diane:
Lighting your path and being the light for others to see.
Diane:
