Do you feel like you are not being given equal rights or opportunities at your workplace? Know that you are not alone. But how can you overcome these challenges and achieve your goals?

Working in the construction industry, a highly male-dominated sector, Dianne Lee started noticing gaps for minority women working in the industry. Having faced and overcome many challenges as an immigrant in the industry, she felt a need to highlight and showcase women in construction, their leadership skills, and the value they bring to a construction project. This led her to write Leveraging Stereotypes to Your Advantage, sharing her journey to success to inspire and empower other women in the same situation.

In this episode of The Power of Authority Spotlight, Michelle Prince welcomes Dianne Lee to discuss her journey and her book, Leveraging Stereotypes to Your Advantage. Dianne Lee shares her professional background and expertise and provides insights into what motivated her to write the book. She reveals the overwhelmingly positive feedback she has received from women inside and outside the construction industry.
