Okay, I want you to imagine this and bear with me because I.
Speaker A:My brain works in analogies.
Speaker A:Behind you is the cozy ass womb.
Speaker A:Like your mother's womb.
Speaker A:It is cozy.
Speaker A:It is dark.
Speaker A:It is like it's got everything you need.
Speaker A:You're attached to the umbilical cord that is making sure you are constantly fed.
Speaker A:You are literally never hungry.
Speaker A:You don't even have to breathe on your own.
Speaker A:Like the oxygen is flowing through you.
Speaker A:You.
Speaker A:Are in like this bliss, this cozy bliss.
Speaker A:In front of you.
Speaker A:Is the outside world, is.
Speaker A:Life, is.
Speaker A:Everything that could be risky.
Speaker A:Everything that the.
Speaker A:It's.
Speaker A:It's bright lights, it's cold.
Speaker A:It'S hot, it's scary.
Speaker A:It's all the things that are the world, all the things that are life.
Speaker A:It's amazing out there.
Speaker A:It's kind of like the Little Mermaid, you know, you want to be part of that world.
Speaker A:It's awesome out there, it's exciting out there.
Speaker A:But it's also fucking scary.
Speaker A:It's scary out there.
Speaker A:It's unknown out there, but inside this womb.
Speaker A:This womb is starting to get uncomfortable because you're growing out of it.
Speaker A:You're getting too big.
Speaker A:You no longer fit in this womb.
Speaker A:You have to make a choice.
Speaker A:Are you going to stay in this womb that is getting increasingly more uncomfortable, even though it's this cozy place that has everything you could ever want and need.
Speaker A:Everything you need, I should say.
Speaker A:Everything you think you want.
Speaker A:Because it's right there.
Speaker A:It's all you've ever had, it's all you ever known.
Speaker A:But you know that out there is.
Speaker A:Is the world, is the excitement, is the possibility.
Speaker A:But you have to go through the fucking birth canal.
Speaker A:You have to be burst.
Speaker A:You have to go through the shit.
Speaker A:You have to go through the labor, the contractions, the squeezing.
Speaker A:In order to get there.
Speaker A:And once you're there.
Speaker A:It'S going to be scary, it's going to be challenging.
Speaker A:It's going to require you to learn how to breathe on your own.
Speaker A:It's going to require you to learn how to eat on your own, how to walk, how to talk, how to communicate.
Speaker A:How to interact with others.
Speaker A:How to take risks, how to feel feelings other than unconditional love that you feel within your mother's womb.
Speaker A:You guys, this is the rebirth.
Speaker A:This is what you have to go through.
Speaker A:You are currently living in a life that feels comfortable.
Speaker A:It's got everything you need.
Speaker A:Even if you don't actually like it in there, even if you're outgrowing it in there.
Speaker A:It's warm it's cozy.
Speaker A:It's cozy to your nervous system, even if maybe it's not cozy to your mind.
Speaker A:You're like, oh, my God, I can't do this anymore.
Speaker A:I can't live like this anymore.
Speaker A:Your nervous system views it as safe.
Speaker A:Your primal brain views it as safe.
Speaker A:But you've got to be willing to go through the.
Speaker A:To go through the birth canal in order to get to that other side.
Speaker A:You have to choose.
Speaker A:You have to choose.
Speaker A:To.
Speaker A:To go through that.
Speaker A:You have to.
Speaker A:Tackle the limiting beliefs.
Speaker A:You have to rewire the subconscious programming.
Speaker A:You have to regulate the nervous system.
Speaker A:You have to.
Speaker A:Be willing to go inward and trust yourself more than anybody else, because that inner knowing, that inner voice, is actually the voice of the divine, the Creator, God, speaking to you and through you, guiding you.
Speaker A:But you've got to be willing.
Speaker A:It's not going to be easy.
Speaker A:Labor is not easy.
Speaker A:Contractions are not easy.
Speaker A:Moving through a birth canal as the.
Speaker A:The plates on your head are squished and molded.
Speaker A:As your body twists and turns and contorts to the birth canal and rotates through the pelvis like that is not easy.
Speaker A:That is uncomfortable.
Speaker A:But it's required.
Speaker A:To make the hard decisions, to set the boundaries, to.
Speaker A:Have the uncomfortable conversations, to do the thing that scares the shit out of you in order to get out into that world.
Speaker A:That is so exciting.
Speaker A:You know, you can't stay in this womb forever.
Speaker A:You know that.
Speaker A:But sometimes you want to.
Speaker A:Sometimes you want to run back in.
Speaker A:Sometimes you want to stall labor.
Speaker A:You want to stop those contractions.
Speaker A:You want to say, nope, nope, nope, not today.
Speaker A:This is that padromal labor.
Speaker A:For those of you in the birth world, birth community, you get this analogy probably more than others.
Speaker A:But it's like that start, stop labor, that prodromal labor, that those false contractions or those practice contractions that you have in the middle of the night, but then they peter out by the morning.
Speaker A:You know what I'm talking about.
Speaker A:But I know you want to get to that outside world.
Speaker A:You want to learn to breathe and walk and talk and live.
Speaker A:You want to live because it's so exciting out there.
Speaker A:But you have to make that choice.
Speaker A:You have to choose courage in order to actually be in control of your life.
Speaker A:To go from this comfy womb.
Speaker A:Inside your comfort zone, doing everything the way you've always done it, even if it's not fun.
Speaker A:In order to actually have the life that you want to have in order to actually, like, be in the driver's seat, be in control.
Speaker A:Be an Active participant in your life.
Speaker A:This is what's required.
Speaker A:And this is the work that you do with me.
Speaker A:This is the work that we do together.
Speaker A:I doula you through this labor so that you can get to the other side of the birth canal.
Speaker A:The work that we do together is the labor that gets you on the other side.
Speaker A:So, as I've talked you through this, if you know that you're ready to be birthed, rebirthed.
Speaker A:To the life that you really, really want.
Speaker A:Because I know that you are.
Speaker A:Because if you weren't, you probably wouldn't be listening to this at all.
Speaker A:You'd be like, nope, staying in this womb.
Speaker A:And you wouldn't have even clicked play on this or opened this at all.
Speaker A:Then.
Speaker A:Now you decide, do I want to do this alone?
Speaker A:Do I want to do this labor and birth alone?
Speaker A:Or do I want support?
Speaker A:Do I want the doula to help me walk through this labor with me.
Speaker A:To help me find the.
Speaker A:Comfort measures when I need them.
Speaker A:And then to help push me into the discomfort when that's what I need to progress?
Speaker A:Do I want the doula who can support me through this rebirth?
Speaker A:Who knows exactly what to say when I need to hear it, who can validate me through this process because this process is tough.
Speaker A:And who can hold space for the challenges that this process brings.
Speaker A:But who can remind me what's on the other side of this process.
Speaker A:What I have to gain from going through this process, the birth, the birth itself, the life itself on the other side.
Speaker A:So you can do this alone.
Speaker A:You don't actually need something outside of you, but you also don't have to do this alone.
Speaker A:You can have support through this.
Speaker A:We're not meant to birth alone.
Speaker A:And I don't think we're meant to rebirth ourselves into totally new identities, totally new versions of ourselves alone, either.
Speaker A:So I am the intuition rebirth doula, here to guide you and support you through this rebirth process as you choose to leave What's.
Speaker A:What's safe and known but is getting uncomfortable.
Speaker A:To birth into the version of you that gets to experience the life that you.
Speaker A:That you're dreaming of, the excitement, the fulfillment.
Speaker A:That's what I'm here to do.
Speaker A:So if that's what you are looking for, then you need to be in my world.
Speaker A:You need to be following me on Instagram.
Speaker A:You need to DM me over there, Tell me what you're thinking.
Speaker A:Tell me what you're feeling.
Speaker A:I want to know.
Speaker A:I truly, truly want to know.
