Not all tech support is created equal. Did you know that a fancy IT Title does not mean intelligence? Why are you calling tech support if you know all the answers? Why are people so rude when THEY are the ones asking for help? IT and any Support position are in demand.

Do people not realize the stress in a tech support position? Did you know there is a difference between calling Tech Support over calling a Call Center Support? Are people aware that cooperation gets better results that arguing?
