As we change and adapt to how we are going to juggle all the roles in our lives right now, so too do the people around us.
Sometimes, that change is easy - our relationship grows with us, and our friendships evolve alongside our lives.
But often, this is not the case.

Our partners can feel ignored and angry about the changes in our relationship and intimacy.
Our friendships can feel empty and lonely now our interests have so dramatically changed.
And we can feel like we need to apologise, or even hide, how we are changing to keep everything the same.

In this episode, I speak about the importance of not holding ourselves back out of fear of what others will say or do. I talk about the fact that where we are right now is the start of a whole new chapter in our life, and that chapter may need new characters and plot lines. And that's OK.

We are changing, and the people around us need to know that too. We just need to accept that change within ourselves first, so we can bring in the right people and support for this next chapter.
