Welcome, my love buckets!

In this week's episode, I dive right in. 

We talk about the sexualization and objectification of women in modern times, and how deeply ingrained it is in our every day lives, that most of the time we are unaware of it.  I know it's deep.  So deep, that I've decided to make it a three-parter.  

We look at how sexualization and objectification are defined and the effects they have on women and young girls.  We follow it with two fascinating articles that shed even more light on the objectification of women and how we are all guilty of such behavior.  Side note, although we're not entirely to blame as we're taught from a very early age, it's up to us to right the wrongs and be more aware of how our society and culture propagate these ideas.  

For change to happen around us, we must change what's going on within us.
