We're too excited in this launch week, and actually I apologise

for my singing because I am completely tone deaf, but we

were too excited not to send another cheeky bonus your way

this week. We are releasing new episodes every Thursday but we

thought we'd drop in briefly just to let you know what we've

got in store over the next four weeks.

So we are going to be, honestly I'm sorry, I've

still got Britney on my brain now.

It's going to be your earworm all week.

Anyway. We are going to be talking about how

you build an emotionally intelligent team and we'll be

covering what even is emotional intelligence?

I hope you are going to explain it to me!

We'll save that one for the episode. So we'll be talking

about what emotional intelligence is and how or why

it might be important when you're building your team as a

leader. We're also going to be talking about stepping outside

of your comfort zone. It's easy I think, as a leader to just do

those things and act on those things that feel nice and comfy

for you, but we want you to be focused on how you can step

outside of your comfort zone and take on new challenges and think

bit differently as a leader.

And I think we've become experts of how to step

out of your comfort zone, particularly in the last year

with with this little Take The Lead Project.

The fact that you've just sung Britney on a

bonus ep I think you've definitely nailed stepping

outside of your comfort zone Lee.

Exactly. And maybe the lesson there is that

sometimes stepping out your comfort zone isn't a good idea.

I thought it was brilliant. I'm all for it.

We are also going to be talking about leadership

brands and what they mean and how do you start to build one is

it building your personal brand even a thing or should that just

be left to big businesses?

I think it is a thing.

Me too, spoiler!

And we are also going to be talking about how

you stay motivated as a leader. It's often your role as a leader

to motivate, coach and encourage others but where do you get that

from when you're in that leadership position?
