Carrie-Ann Wade:you build an emotionally intelligent team and we'll be
Carrie-Ann Wade:covering what even is emotional intelligence?
Carrie-Ann Wade:I hope you are going to explain it to me!
Carrie-Ann Wade:We'll save that one for the episode. So we'll be talking
Carrie-Ann Wade:about what emotional intelligence is and how or why
Carrie-Ann Wade:it might be important when you're building your team as a
Carrie-Ann Wade:leader. We're also going to be talking about stepping outside
Carrie-Ann Wade:of your comfort zone. It's easy I think, as a leader to just do
Carrie-Ann Wade:those things and act on those things that feel nice and comfy
Carrie-Ann Wade:for you, but we want you to be focused on how you can step
Carrie-Ann Wade:outside of your comfort zone and take on new challenges and think
Carrie-Ann Wade:bit differently as a leader.
Lee Griffith:And I think we've become experts of how to step
Lee Griffith:out of your comfort zone, particularly in the last year
Lee Griffith:with with this little Take The Lead Project.
Carrie-Ann Wade:The fact that you've just sung Britney on a
Carrie-Ann Wade:bonus ep I think you've definitely nailed stepping
Carrie-Ann Wade:outside of your comfort zone Lee.
Lee Griffith:Exactly. And maybe the lesson there is that
Lee Griffith:sometimes stepping out your comfort zone isn't a good idea.
Carrie-Ann Wade:I thought it was brilliant. I'm all for it.
Lee Griffith:We are also going to be talking about leadership
Lee Griffith:brands and what they mean and how do you start to build one is
Lee Griffith:it building your personal brand even a thing or should that just
Lee Griffith:be left to big businesses?
Carrie-Ann Wade:I think it is a thing.
Lee Griffith:Me too, spoiler!
Carrie-Ann Wade:And we are also going to be talking about how
Carrie-Ann Wade:you stay motivated as a leader. It's often your role as a leader
Carrie-Ann Wade:to motivate, coach and encourage others but where do you get that
