A recent masters graduate in Law and powerlifter, Troy is also known for his openness about his personal mental health struggles. In this chat we both share our experiences with poor mental health, sharing stories and revealing how we now cope day to day. Troy also opens up about his past struggles with alcohol and how he found a way to now be over 16 months sober.
The podcast is filled with raw and emotional moments from two fitness loving men, as we both try to be as honest and open as we can.
