We are coming up in the 8 year anniversary of the horrible tragedy and shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT. We discuss what we have learned over the past 8 years, the importance of creating a culture of prevention and how we honor the victims and survivors by doing everything we can to prevent future violence in our schools, workplaces, and communities.
