Cannabis in Colorado has been legal for medical use since 2000 and for recreational use since late 2012. The public were told that this would reduce the harms associated with Cannabis use and create social benefits - particularly for communities of colour. Former Democrat US Attorney Bob Troyer says it has been a disaster and that if anything things have gotten worse since legalisation.
