Lately, I’ve been hearing people say they feel guilty about or afraid of feeling happy. So they take measures to limit their joy or find ways to sabotage it. On one hand, this sounds ridiculous. On the other, how often have you said, I’ll be happy when… when being some randomly imposed condition?
You can allow yourself to feel joy whenever you’d like. Feeling joyful is your birthright. Listen to this meditation to feel good, joyful and alive.
