This week, we bring you the 2022 Women's Ultraman World Champion, Dede Griesbauer. Obviously, Dede is an extremely multifaceted person, as this is her third time on Ironwomen - each episode with a different topic.

Dede shares her journey to Ultraman, and the ways in which the pitfalls along the way actually helped her in the long run. After qualifying for Ultraman in February of 2020, Dede had to wait a very long time to race. Which, in fact, helped her be at her most peak performance for 2022. Dede shares how she trained, who was on her "dream team", and what it felt like to know how fierce her competition was.
