A medical herbalist, Anna Rósa has been running her own clinic in Iceland for over 30 years. To paraphrase one of my favorite takeaways from our conversation, although of course, you have to change the diet and other lifestyle factors, herbs are really, really powerful. She has seen them help people with supposedly incurable diseases to regain wellness time and time again in the course of her clinical practice.
