Now I know a question you might have is how do we connect the simple act of eating or food to cultivating beauty with in....to help us answer that question we have the inspiring Dr Lebogang Masekela joining the chat with us today!
Dr. Lebogang developed a passion for nutrition, fitness, and weight loss from a young age. This after struggling with binge eating and bulimia, Dr Lebogang found her calling in teaching people how to eat healthily and founded "Nutrition 101 by Dr Lebogang" which evolved into Dr Lebogang's Nutrition & Wellness in 2019.
