4. Raise Your Prices! (15:15).

6. Focus on Add-ons & Upgrades. (19:50).
7. Optimise your Appointment Schedule to fill gaps. You want appointments to flow back-to-back. (22:00).
8. You need incentivise your Team to perform at their very best, and you need to keep finding creating ways to do so. (27:00).
