The aim of the Voices of Diversity: Mental Health series is to raise awareness of and knowledge about mental health and how it impacts students and staff from various backgrounds. The overarching goal is to help develop a more inclusive environment where people have space to discuss their lived realities and for others to learn more about the lived realities of various groups within the Loughborough community.
Please note that these podcasts are not intended to provide professional mental health advice, simply to open the discussion around mental health in the workplace. If you need urgent mental health support, please call NHS 111 or Samaritans on 116 123.
