It’s common for people not to know how to make these decisions when they’re at a crossroads. The answers are out there, but often we’re asking the wrong questions. We start from the wrong place, looking at it from the outside and asking ourselves what should we ‘be’.

But rather than focusing on job titles, it’s better to think about the experience you want to have - and how you want to feel.
