Michelle lost her mum at 8 years old to cancer and that shaped her life in all ways, including how she handles trauma. While experiencing a year of energy depleting overwhelm and sorrow, she reminded herself consistently that these feelings would not last forever. Through 8 years of self-development and mindset work, Michelle learned that one of the best ways to adapt to her ever-changing life is to just keep moving forward. Making one decision at a time and taking one step at a time.
In this episode, Michelle shares her wisdom on how she pulls out the tools from her toolkit regarding positivity and mindset work to get her through the darkest of times.
