Shownotes
The mental block of self-doubt can show up in the form of imposter syndrome, where we choose to listen to our negative self-belief rather than the objective evidence of our success. We could be the best at what we do, yet some of us suffer from a nagging suspicion that our successes are a result of pure chance, and that fate, not merit, has made us successful. As such, you might fear being discovered for the incompetent self you really are.
