Five people have died after a Japanese Coast Guard aircraft collided with a commercial passenger jet at Tokyo's Haneda airport. Video footage shows the passenger jet completely engulfed in flames after all of the passengers and crew had managed to evacuate.

Police have not uncovered any evidence of either terrorism or political motives in the fatal Rochester, New York crash that occurred early Monday morning. Rochester Police Chief David Smith said the driver may have been suffering from an undiagnosed mental illness.
