Lydia is a professional triathlete, with her most recent win being at Ironman Lanzarote. Loren is a professional triathlon coach, sports massage therapist and personal trainer.

Lydia and Loren discuss what it takes to cross that finish line. They delve into the intricacies of triathlon, and what it means to be a part of this solo sport. While triathlon can often feel isolating, Loren encourages all of her athletes to have a shared enthusiasm for supporting one another's journey. Lydia tells Haley and Alyssa about her most recent win in Lanzarote, and how just "enjoying the day" helped her win.
