I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

Now, I mentioned before, we don't look to control externally, but we absolutely get so much value from taking self control. And one of the best ways to do that is through language. The language that we use so much influences our beliefs, our opportunities, the way we feel about ourselves the way we think. So I want to tell you about a real subtle, but powerful shift your language. You know, there are certain people that talk about hope that it's important to stay hopeful and, and to stay to remain hopeful when things are going well. To me that's like saying, Well, I'm just gonna let life take me where it goes, I'm happy to, to live life, living on the breeze, letting life push me and pull me and blow me wherever it wants to. But if we shift from hope to intention, then we can take control of our future. So intention means that you're looking at something going well, I hope this happens. It's like, my intention is that I will do this. And then this will happen. And this will happen. That you might think, well, that's not actually much of a shift, but the energy that that brings just in your own ability to take control of that knowing that I know I can take this action and this action and this action towards that happening. giving yourself the absolute best chance, if it's just about hope. And well, this is kind of what I want to happen. Hopefully it unfolds. I'm still gonna do different things towards it. But it's like living in that that hope. Like I said, it's been blown on the breeze. Instead of actually saying this, this is how I wanted to go down. This is how I want to be. This is how I want things to be in my life and putting that intention in everything you say. And everything you do is the energy of increase of expansion of amplification. Rather than it being a energy of something my slack. It's like, Oh, thank goodness, I got to this point. I hope it goes a bit better. Get intentional, take control back, choose your language wisely, and make that language very much from a place of certainty, knowing and self control.
