There are circles that are using the word "podcast" ubiquitously and some folks are debating the merits of audio only vs. video for defining digital marketing tools.

• Do you create a videocast or a record a video of your audio podcast and release it on Youtube (or similar platform?
• Do you include a transcript or subtitles in order to accommodate those with hearing issues?     
• Why are you creating your videocast or podcasts? 
• Who is it for and what value are you adding to them?
