Chit, chat, catch up after Thanksgiving. You know, that week after Thanksgiving, first Sunday of Advent and the beginning of the Christmas Season all rolled into one. Posting this episode a bit late on Tuesday as quality recording silence was at a minimum around here. My husband works from home and has been attending Seminars online so I had to wait for his breaks to piece this episode together. Phew, made it before midnight.

America celebrated Thanksgiving, and I hope the episodes prior helped you get your heart into a state of Thankfulness for the things that Christ has done, and for the Christmas Season around the world that is upon us. Should the Grinch steal all the gifts and leave those buglers and trumpets and roast beasts on shipping containers in the Pacific Ocean, we can still raise our voices high in praise to our God above as He fills us with His Holy Spirit to spill over in love to those around us as we rise above the circumstances.

Last time, we left Zechariah and Elisabeth at home after the angelGabrieal met Zechariah the Priest and gave him some fantastic news! Too bad Zechariah doubted what God can do. The consequence of his doubting made him speechless for months until his child was born, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.

Today, Mary makes her way quickly to Elisabeth to share the news and see for herself the exciting news that Elisabeth was also with child. The two women spend three months together. Oh, to have been a fly on the wall while they were together. Imagine the conversations they had, I mean, it's not like Zechariah was saying anything at the moment.

Mary's thankfulness turns to praise and God recorded her response in song in the Bible for us, and the writers of the Bible call it Mary's Magnificat.

Prayer Request: Please pray for the family of the little boy, and the Orphanage in India. The boy was playing outside with other children and was bitten by a snake and died instantly. Christmas time is a difficult time for many. Pray that the joy of the Lord can shine through the darkness to encourage those who are hurting. Thank you.

Guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23

The song at the end of the episode is "Always Close to Me" Lyrics & Music by Brad & Monika Hardy
