Today on the Ascension Codes podcast, we're going to be diving deep into psychic development.

Why?

Because this is a huge pillar of my business.

I love teaching psychic development for a number of reasons.

So at the very start of my journey, when I first started the coaching industry, I channeled through

a couple of programs that have made me a lot of money, impact a lot of people and made a lot of difference in the world.

And so it is a huge component of the energetics that I teach and what I preach, baby.

So I was like, why would I not do an amazing podcast on this to help inspire you guys, give you guys some value, give you guys some tools.

So we're going to be deep diving into the four tips

around you connecting to your psychic development.

We're going to be going into your Clairaudient, clear buoyant, clear cognizance, clear sentience.

We're going to be going into ego and our higher self.

We're going to be going into our spirit team, and more importantly, we're going to be going into your belief system.

Now, I want to touch on this first, okay?

Every single human is psychic.

We have been programmed from a very young age to not, you know, go into our imagination.

From the age of zero to seven, we are fully awake.

Like our third eye is fully open.

And we are able to access psychic development.

We're able to access higher realms, higher consciousness, different beings.

So I don't know if you guys, when you were a little kid, had an imaginary friend.

And when you have an imaginary friend when you're younger, are they real or are they not real?

I think they're real.

However, as adults, we're like, oh, you've got an imaginary friend that's imaginary.

It's imagined.

It's only in your head.

You can't see it.

So when you're a little kid, you're imagining all these things.

There's fairies in the gardens.

There's a man standing over in the corner.

There's all these things that you can see.

You're using your clairvoyance skills to see them and maybe even your clairsentience to feel them.

And yet then an adult tells you, no, no, no, no, no, that's actually, you're just imagining it.

So the belief starts to get crushed that you can actually do these things.

Then by the age of like 10 or 11, it's like, oh no, it's not cool to be, you know, to use our imagination anymore.

And yet, fuck, now here I am at 29, I'm like, use your imagination, that's all you need to do, that's what psychedelic is.

right?

The fifth dimension is us being awakened to our third eye.

Now our third eye, guys, our brain sits here.

We have a pineal gland that's literally the same size as a pea.

That is our pineal gland that is connected to the etheric field, that is connected to the fucking realms of the world.

Right?

And so what I really want to dive deep into today is teaching you four tips of how you can strengthen your psychic development.

Now, the first fucking mess of tip is your belief.

If you believe you can see it, then you can believe you can see it and then you therefore you can do it.

If you believe you can or you believe you can't, either way you're right, right?

Same with psychic development.

If you believe in goblins and demons and angels and spirit guides, guess fucking what?

You're more likely to see them.

If you believe that none of this exists, guess what?

You won't ever, ever, ever be open to even seeing it because it's not going to come into your sphere.

So,

When teaching people about psychic development, I always say like, you've got to be so super open.

Your belief system now has to be.

You are open to all of it.

Now, you can choose not to believe in demons.

You can choose not to believe in entities.

You can choose not to believe in bad aliens.

And that's your own belief system.

I mean, I've experienced a few things in my time.

So, tomato, tomato, you think of what you want, babe, okay?

So, the first thing I want to go into is your belief.

So, believing that you're open to this, knowing that you can achieve this is the first thing, okay?

So, the second thing is really tuning into your feeling or sensation and a lot of people call this the gut.

like your intuition.

Your intuition is actually going to come before your thoughts.

And when you can actually train yourself to start listening to that, you're going to be able to tap further into your intuition.

Now,

For me, personally, many moons ago, when I first got with my first boyfriend, I remember feeling intuitively like something was wrong.

Now, I would say to him, you know what's going wrong?

Do you like someone else?

Is there another girl?

And the whole time he would say, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

Now, intuitively, when I was 15, I knew that the guy that I was talking to was sleeping with someone else and talking to all the other girls, right?

He kept lying to my face.

So over time what happened was I stopped trusting my intuition because this man who I loved, loved at 15, cute.

This man that I loved was lying to me, but I believed him.

So then there was like conflict, right?

The conflict of me trusting my intuition versus me actually believing him, like it was conflict, guys.

So it can be the same with psychic development.

You have to actually start to trust your intuition.

And this is the most powerful fucking thing that you can tap into, especially you women.

Like, it is so feminine and there's a lot of coaches now in the space talking about feminine embodiment or feminine essence or the feminine, right?

And intuition is actually very

feminine.

So when we're truly channeling, we're truly trusting, we're truly connecting, we're trusting that channel, it's going to make us feel more in alignment and actually feel more feminine and more in touch with ourselves.

Okay, so

There's a reason we say, oh, I feel in touch with myself.

It's because I'm listening to myself.

I'm tuning in.

I'm actually listening to my body, my unconscious, my higher self, my spirit guides, like we're tuning in, right?

And so going into the trust piece here,

If you don't learn to trust your intuition, you're never going to be a good psychic.

The second thing here is trusting this.

Now, this is only going to work by you working or you doing the work.

So trusting yourself.

So what I would recommend you do is go and get some tarot cards or go and get some oracle cards.

And as you're shuffling them, I want you just to like look at the pictures of them.

Firstly, shuffle them.

Then whatever comes out, lay it flat the opposite way.

and just take a couple of moments to breathe deeply into your soul and just trust the first thing that comes to your mind what that image is or what that picture is.

There's also there's so many cool people on TikTok that have done this that like are like okay I'm holding up a card right and on the opposite side is a color or is a bird or is a flower or something and they're like trust your intuition what card is it take a big deep breath and then BAM!

And this is actually a really cool tip.

Your breath is how information will come to you.

So for you breathing deeply is how the connection is going to flow, okay?

So I really strongly, when you're doing any of this work, when you're meditating, when you're doing breath work, when you're connecting, it is the breath that is the most powerful and potent thing, okay?

Now, third tip is what I always talk about and that's raising your vibration.

If you don't have a high frequency or high vibration, it's not going to work with the spirit world.

You need to raise your vibration and clear your container

so that you are in total alignment.

So there's not all this baggage around you.

And so, you know, when I started doing NLP and when I started doing a lot of hypnosis and I started working with coaches for transformation, I was able to really let go of the heaviness that was weighing me down.

And once I let go of the heaviness that was weighing me down, it was almost as if like I cracked open and I was like, I'm free.

And then that alignment aligned me so clearly to my guides and the messages were so much more potent.

And so I really wanna tell you, I highly encourage this to all my clients, work with a transformation coach, work with someone who's going to clear out your container so that you can come into full alignment.

And of course, in all of my coaching containers, I actually do do a lot of transformational work because

It's almost like if I have a cup that is filled with mud and I put some water on top of it, all it's going to do is it's going to have a muggy glass, right?

If I literally pour the glass out, rinse it, have a clear glass, and if I just pour some water into it, it's going to be beautiful, full water.

And this is kind of what we do when doing transformation work.

This is what I do with my clients.

I clear the fucking glass out.

For it to be a new beginning, for it to be purity, for it to be a full cup, right?

The glass is half full guys, not half empty.

And so what I really want to inspire you guys to do is to start connecting every single day.

Now, this can start with meditation, which brings me into my fourth key.

Four key piece.

Meditation is the best way to deepen your connection to spirit, to deepen your connection with your spirit guides, to deepen your psychic development work.

Meditating for 10 minutes a day, yeah, it's going to make a little difference.

You're better off actually connecting for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night.

And guys, you have 40 minutes a day.

You tell me you don't, I call bullshit.

Truly.

And if you're not using Google Calendar, or if you're not using a calendar system, and you're an entrepreneur, what the fuck are you doing?

Okay?

First things first.

Everyone, go and get the Google Calendar out, and block out time in your calendar.

My whole life is blocked by times and colors, and it is the most transformational thing ever.

Everyone always says to me, actually, Nat, how do you have... I'm going on a whole tangent here, guys.

Everyone always says to me, Nat, how do you have so much time to do everything?

You're always so busy.

You've always doing this, this, this, and this.

And I'm like, babe, I wake up at 5 a.m., between 5 and 6, every single day, and I have everything blocked out.

Blocked out when I meditate.

Blocked out when I do breath work.

Blocked out when I go for a walk on the beach to ground.

Blocked out when I do my housework, which is very real.

And everything is fully blocked out.

Guys, you have to live your life with things in

In alignment, if you are a business owner, you are going to get busy.

There are things to do and also too, you don't want to be forgetting things.

So anyway, total side tangent.

Okay, coming back to psychic development.

So, Clairaudient.

What does Clairaudient mean?

So, you have different spirit guides that are going to be working with you for different clears, right?

So, we've got Clairaudient and there's a guide specifically for Clairaudient.

So, he or they or it,

may stand next to you and feed you information through your ears, Clairaudient.

So that's the auditory way of you picking up information.

So have you ever woken up and you've had a song repeating in your mind and you're like, where the fuck did I hear that from?

That could be a message from your spirit guides speaking to you clear audiently.

Have you ever been somewhere and you could hear an alarm or something going off and off and off and off and off?

I want you to take note.

What else can you see, feel, think and do in that moment that your guides could be trying to connect to you to tell you a message?

For those of you who are having a massive spiritual awakening or a spiritual ascension, and your ears are ringing, or you feel like your ears are blocked, there's a reason for that, babe.

Quite often it's E-A-E, I just said E,

A, it could be that your spirit guides are giving you an upgrade, so you could be changing timelines, you could be raising your vibration, you could be having an upgrade.

B, it actually could be a message.

So what I would highly recommend you do is you stop, if your ears are ringing or you feel like your ears are blocked, stop, take a big deep breath in, and be intentional.

Say, spirit guides, I set the intention to access this message right now.

and then bam, wham, thank you, bam, that message may come through.

Just trust the first thing that comes to your mind.

Now, that is your intuition as well.

So it's like, bam, you've got your Clairaudient guide speaking to you, you're trusting your intuition because of the things that we spoke about before, which was you believe that you can do this, you trust your intuition, and you know that you can actually do this.

So therefore, your ears are ringing, or your ears are blocked, you close your eyes, you take that big deep breath in, you set the intention, that information comes to you, you trust it, boom, you've got a message.

Now, I'm sorry, you're fucking psychic.

Oh my god!

Right?

So, every single person is psychic.

We all have this ability.

We all have this ability to tune in.

It's not I'm special, more special than you.

It's just that I've learned how to tune in.

So you don't have to call it psychic development if you don't like the word psychic.

You could call it that you're just really intuitive.

You could call it that you're totally esoteric.

You could call it whatever the fucking words you want to use, right?

However, at the end of the day, I like to call it psychic.

So you trusting your channel, trusting your intuition, trusting your downloads, is you being psychic.

And so therefore, everyone has it.

The next time your dad is sitting there and he's like, oh, my ears are ringing, I'd be like, dad, your spirit guides are trying to talk to you, literally.

Like every single person that tells me that their ears are ringing, I'm like, guess what?

Your spirit guides have a message and you're not listening.

So I also really feel like singing today, don't I?

There you go.

Guys, just want to sing for you.

Okay, so getting so weird on my podcast, guys.

I love getting so weird.

Okay, clairvoyant.

Clairvoyant is the most common and that is seeing things.

So I want everyone to close down their eyes right now.

If you're driving, close your eyes.

Kidding.

Don't do that.

Pull over.

Kidding.

Don't even have to do that.

Kidding.

Okay.

I want you right now to see an orange.

Now I want you to change the image.

I want you to see a green car.

Boom, boom, boom.

Now I want you to see a banana.

Now I want you to see your loved one.

Right?

This is you using your clairvoyant skills.

So don't tell me that your grandpa fucking Joe isn't psychic, because he is.

Okay, so your Grandpa Joe is definitely psychic, right?

The biggest piece for you to be able to tap into your clairvoyant is you actually trusting your imagination.

And it is, it's like a muscle.

So when you go into doing guided meditations, start visualizing them a lot.

So at the very start,

I was doing three guided meditations a day some days, just because I really wanted to build that skill.

So I highly recommend all of you guys literally using guided meditations as a way for you to develop your clairvoyance skills.

Now, another thing is, when you do have, you know, some cards, oracle cards or tarot cards, when you're shuffling them and then they land,

What are the first things that you see?

Because it's also clever when you're looking at it.

What does it represent to you?

Maybe something will stand out on the page a little bit more than something else.

Maybe there'll be a little bit of a glimmer over one thing.

That is the first piece.

So it's about you tuning into that first piece.

and then everything else will flow.

This is another thing with psychic development, right?

This is a huge, huge, huge, huge, huge piece.

It's kind of like a domino effect.

Let's say you have a whole heap of dominoes all along in a line.

If I push one domino over, then a whole heap is going to just go bing, bing, bing, bing, bing, bing, bing, bing.

And what happens when we do that is we say one message, then another piece will come, then another piece will come, then another piece will come, then another piece will come, and it'll just start to flow.

Now, your clear cognizance is where you just have that knowing.

So, for instance,

When my spirit guides first said to me, and now this is something that they, I was hearing an auditory at the start.

So it was like, you need to move to Queensland.

You need to move to Queensland for a moment.

You need to move to Queensland.

And then all of a sudden it was just like this knowing like.

I can't even explain it, it was just like this inner knowing of like, I have to do this.

And have you ever had that inner knowing of like, you just know that you have to do this?

You know that this is going to work?

It's actually the same thing when I met my last mentor.

I saw him at an event and I was just like, who is this man?

It was just like this knowing.

And I just kept saying, who are you?

What do you do?

Like, who are you?

What do you do?

And then it was just like, bam.

I know you're my mentor and I actually said to him I know you're my next mentor and he said uh no I don't I don't want to one mentor people and I was like I'm telling you you're my next mentor like I just know it in my soul and so of course he's now allowing me to bring a book to life and all these other things to life that I really deeply desired and of course it was a not it was a soul knowing it was like a spirit led knowing that I had to do this right and so then clear

Clear sentience is the feeling.

Now, this is people that are also what we call kinesthetic in NLP terms, someone that feels things.

So maybe when you walk into a room, you can feel a certain energy.

Maybe when you meet someone, you can feel if they're a good person or if they're not a good person.

It's a feeling you get and you just trust it.

Now, sometimes you trust it based on the fact that you've had

so many times before where you're like, I just know it, I know it, I know it.

That knowing is also a bit mixed in with the clear cognizance.

Sorry, the clear cognizance, yeah.

It's like this inner knowing, but you also feel the trust.

So it's like you feel it, you know it, and that's actually your psychic senses.

So really, we all have a feeling, right?

Everyone has feelings.

So therefore, everyone in the world is psychic.

So I really want to break down that paradigm of people thinking that everyone's not psychic.

If you have feelings, guess what?

You're psychic.

And if you don't have feelings, it's because you're suppressed.

And then you should go and do some transformation work around that.

OK.

So that's another tangent in itself.

Ego.

Guys, we all have an ego and we have a higher self.

Now, our higher self is in different layers, okay?

And our higher self is the being or the person that is the most connected to our soul.

And we can connect to our higher self at any time.

And by doing this, all you need to do is literally just set the intention, close down your eyes to connect into your higher self.

Your higher self is always guiding you.

Your higher self is always there to show you the road, the way.

Same with your spirit guides.

And so you've got your higher self and you've also got your ego.

Your ego is almost like it's a being within you that keeps you safe.

The main objection of the ego, and the ego has such a bad rep.

And the ego, all it's doing is trying to keep you safe.

So all you need to do is teach your ego to step aside.

Teach your ego that you are here for love.

Teach your ego that you can actually show it the way forward.

So whenever I do any channeling work, I always say, dear ego, I love you, please step aside.

And you can try this too, guys.

Just say, dear ego, please step aside while I do this.

If you're doing automatic writing or if you're doing

psychic work, or if you're doing channeling work, like whatever you're doing in the spiritual space, all you need to do is just say to your ego, dear ego, I love you, just please step aside.

And it's so simple for them to do that, and therefore, you'll be able to be a better channel, because your ego won't be stepping in and contradicting you, okay?

It won't be over-complicating things, it won't be trying to compartmentalize things when you're doing it.

So that's a really cool little tip, is just saying

hey beautiful ego please step aside now your spirit guides i have spoken about this before in another episode like your spirit guides are really here to help you and be of service to you okay your spirit guides are in different dimensions they are they come from different planets different star races they go into different realms your spirit guides are here to to help you now

You have a relationship spirit guide, a clairvoyant, a clairsentient, a claircognizant spirit guide that are there to do different tasks for you.

You have a business spirit guide.

I actually also have a podcast spirit guide.

If someone's to do a nice, kind gesture, guess what happens?

The first thing you do is you thank them.

So when your Spirit Guides do something for you, just thank them.

They're there to fully help you.

And so when doing psychic development work, there is a strategy that I use to connect people

We do some grounding techniques, we call back our energy, we tell the ego to step aside, we connect into our chakras, we connect into higher realms, we bring our spirit guides into the room.

Then there's like a strategy that I teach that literally amplifies all of your senses so that you can deliver information to the person in a psychic reading.

Out of the last group container that I ran, there was 30 people in there.

I taught psychic development in there and now more than half of them are doing psychic readings because it's another modality that you can offer your clients.

Not only that, but you can bring it into your client sessions.
