Today is the 3 year anniversary of this podcast, 3 whole years of producing episodes, one every single week for 3 years.

Today I'd like to celebrate with you but we're going to celebrate differently as to how things normally get celebrated.

Often celebrations are high energy, woohoo, party, amazing, lots of dopamine, let's go for it, and today we're going to celebrate in a low key way.

Our low key celebration is going to be a gift to ourselves.

We're going to take a moment to pause and breathe together.

We're going to celebrate by slowing down.

We're going to celebrate by just taking a moment to do something gentle, something kind for our mind, bodies and souls.

We're going to take a few breaths together and we're going to breathe in through our noses and then out through our mouths.

You might find it useful to blow really gently when you're blowing out through your mouth, So let's just take 1 minute and breathe together.
