Incorporating a process to regulate your emotions and nervous system after a “performance high” will keep burnout, exhaustion, overwhelm, and lack of clarity at bay.

In this episode I’ll walk you through the process I follow after speaking engagements, recording podcast episodes, landing a new deal, or even how to come “back to center” at the end of a long day.

I’m no therapist, nervous system practitioner, hypnotherapist or trained “life” coach so I’ll simply share what works for me to self regulate, manage my emotions, and bring my state back to what I call “calm confidence” anytime I need to.

This practice has saved me from business burnout and overwhelm since recovering from adrenal fatigue, compromised thyroid and hormonal imbalance.
