Want to prepare now to avoid pelvic pain later? Or do you pee when you sneeze now after having a child? Erika dives into all of this and how you can prevent and heal your pelvic floor!

Erika Young is an experienced personal trainer, specializing in pre and postnatal fitness. She has competed in and coached a wide variety of sports (track, triathlon, speedskating and roller derby!), but now focuses exclusively on helping moms feel strong during and after pregnancy.

After experiencing and resolving her own pelvic floor dysfunction in her early 30s, she learned how common it is for women to experience a range of postnatal issues.
