We see them all the time selling things like diet plans, gym memberships, and personal trainers. But can we use our imaginations to see our before and after photos for today's challenges? What will I look like in a month when I finish this book? So happy and excited and celebrating -- so now I have that energy in my head to use to actually finish the book. Or anything else that is a short-term goal or challenge.
