Welcome to another episode of Drop Into the Härt! In this vulnerable solo-cast, Joe breaks down what he calls his “inner-addict” and his recent explorations with dopamine detoxing. After breaking down some of his early experiences with substances, he opens up about a recent trip to Las Vegas where he was able to gain clarity about this side of himself and his tendency to chase peak experiences. His reflection led him to taking 30 days off of essentially every habit and substance that he noticed himself partaking in unconsciously. The result was a new perspective on his constant “chasing” and how regulating his dopamine can lead to greater levels of clarity and harmony in life.
