Shownotes

What if aging isn’t inevitable and you’ve just been taught to believe that it is? In this episode of the Leading Visionaries, host Anjel B. Hartwell sits down with Bob Gilpatrick, to share perspective on longevity, leadership, and the future of human health. With over 40 years of experience in holistic nutrition, healthcare innovation, and mindset transformation, Bob breaks down how aging is influenced not just by biology but also by belief systems, metabolic patterns, and emerging science such as epigenetic reprogramming.

If you’re a visionary ready to expand your thinking and challenge what you’ve been taught about aging, energy, and possibility, this episode will stretch you in the best way.

What You Will Learn

How visionary leadership begins with seeing possibilities others overlook and having the courage to speak up early.

Why aging is influenced by inflammation, belief systems, and metabolic pathways, not just time.

How epigenetic reprogramming is changing the future of health and longevity.

The role communication plays in scaling a mission, building partnerships, and creating impact.

How to “opt out” of limiting beliefs around aging and create a new personal paradigm.

A simple framework for building your version of paradise and aligning your life with it.

FAQ:

What is epigenetic reprogramming and how does it affect aging?

Epigenetic reprogramming involves activating or reactivating specific genes that influence how the body functions. In the context of aging, it can help restore processes like muscle growth, energy production, and cellular repair, potentially slowing or reversing aspects of biological aging.

What is the biggest factor contributing to aging?

According to Bob, inflammation is one of the primary contributors to aging and disease, accounting for a significant portion of how and why the body deteriorates over time.

How can leaders apply visionary thinking to their personal health?

Leaders can apply visionary thinking by challenging conventional beliefs, seeking innovative solutions, and intentionally designing a lifestyle that aligns with their long-term health and energy goals.

Now here's your host, Anjel b Hardwell.

Anjel: Welcome to another episode of the Leading Visionaries Podcast, where we celebrate the ingenious, insightful, innovative, and inspired leading visionaries of our time, and provide our listeners with world-class examples of the kind of courage, clarity, and confidence it takes to bring visions into reality.

er of Boomers Forever Young, [:

Heart-centered therapist, Bob assists people with advanced nutritional products and motivational strategies. He's worked as a corporate CEO in the healthcare field and has appeared on podcasts and TV over a thousand times, including the A b, C Evening News with Peter Jennings. Bob speaks on the topics of the age of immortality, the emotional freedom technique.

Maximum energy and productivity and nonviolent communication. Bob has helped tens of thousands of people with their health and mindset in a career spanning over 40 years. I'm so excited to have you here. Welcome to the show, Bob.

Bob: Thank you, Anjel. Thanks so much for having me on you, Cheryl. It's wonderful to be with you.

h and healthcare and health, [:

Or did leadership come. Later in life as a result of, you know, specific experiences that you had through school or you know, work or anything like that. So help us know you as a leader.

Bob: Oh, thank you. Uh, well, thinking back, I can remember, uh, being about 12 years old. And I was playing, uh, little League Baseball, and I remember our team was kind of just doing okay and my, my vision, my goal was to win the championship for the city.

r and we weren't doing well. [:

And so I think we need to change some things around and we need to have this guy be the pitcher and this guy do that. And he said, okay, let's try it.

Ad: So.

Bob: I remember with that year, we did make it to the playoffs. We did make it into the finals of the playoffs. I actually pitched a no-hitter in that series and we ended up losing in the very last game.

ut it. Also, you know, in my [:

They discovered they were trying to figure out how insects communicate, and that's how fair loans were discovered at Cornell. So I was used to that and there were other major advancements in the world of agriculture at that center, and it just seemed like what people get

Anjel: mm-hmm.

Bob: Was innovation or leadership and brand new things that nobody had ever known before.

e new things in the field of [:

Um, so I did that for 20 years and even during that time, ended up being part of a team that traveled to Russia. After Glas and Paris, and we created a sister city alliance and we created a brand new type of healthcare system for the Russians as a pilot project in the city of Toula. It was called the Toula, Albany Medical Insurance Company, and it was the first ever nonprofit, HMO in Russia.

Anjel: Wow, wow.

een in many years because of [:

Anjel: Yeah. Beautiful. Well. You know what really strikes me in this story is that you, first of all, you stood up and, and spoke out, which I think is a mark of a leader. You had a vision for your team, right?

Bob: Yeah.

Anjel: And not only did you have a vision for your team, but you also came with data to back it up when you jumped up to say to the coach, these are the things that we need to do.

Like, it wasn't, you know, it's a very special form of leadership to, to have the vision, but also to have. The the aspects that need to be adjusted to, to be able to see what needs to be adjusted in order to make the vision come into reality. And so, you know, I just really wanna reflect on that for our listeners.

ing that I wanted to reflect [:

bout your visionary journey. [:

Bob: Yeah, so many different ways. Uh, some of it is just, you know, from paired associations. So I remember traveling with Cleveland Dodge, who was in his nineties and Cleveland. Had been involved in creating the hydrogen fuel cells for nasa and he was trying to create a new type of hydrogen fuel cell that would power a car and was having trouble with it and explained to me what was happening with the navy on inside the cell.

ro Corporation and that that [:

It would go in perpetuity.

Anjel: Mm.

Bob: And, uh, he, he passed away shortly after in his nineties. And I'm sure by now other people have figured out the solution to that problem also. But, but I knew that from the field of nutrition was how I knew what we needed to coat the nafion with was related to hydroxyl radicals.

But then also there's other ways too, in terms of transcendence. Um. There's a pyramid of knowledge that's very valuable and there are beings there that when, when you travel to the pyramid of knowledge with an idea, you can quickly give verification for things that you think might work. And I've used that for various types of, uh, new age nutrition products.

uestions directly to, to the [:

The quantum bits were receiving information as they transcended and blinked on and off. They were actually in a different dimension and they received a solution to this age old physics problem that way.

Anjel: Wow.

Bob: So it's nowadays, you don't have to have people who are energetically capable of moving through dimensions, because now quantum computers are gonna be able to do it, and anyone will have access.

y. Mm-hmm. So it's you know, [:

So. I always say for Ussu myself and to other people, create the paradise of your own choosing. Imagine what is paradise for you during your time here on Earthed, and then see that, envision that paradise in in your mind, and then feel it. What does it feel like? And then begin to live it. Pick certain things you can do where you're living your imagined paradise, and build on that and then share it.

l leave them with a positive [:

Which is very valuable because most people, especially in the United States, they say the average person in the US is of the belief that things are not okay about 95% of the time. And so we teach a tech mold that helps people to get unstuck from that. Metabolic pathway that's running from their heart muscle to their amygdala, to their frontal cortex, and keeps them perpetually trapped in a feeling of lack and that things aren't okay and

Anjel: so fascinating.

Bob: We can teach people how to get out of that.

u know, trauma being part of [:

To actually shift mindset and view and vision. But this is the first time I've heard of metabolic. We're gonna take a quick break when we come back. We are gonna let people know where they can find out more about you right now, though, listeners, are you a leading visionary or in the role of leading other visionaries?

ith Bob Gil Patrick, you can [:

What inspired you? Like what, what's the vision for Boomer Boost? What inspired you to, to take this path? To come into. Serving specifically boomers. And what is your big vision for this initiative?

Bob: Yeah, so I've always been a therapist and entered a bioenergetic therapist and a nutritionist, helping people kind of one at a time.

is building to help him with [:

I helped to get him the right nutritional supplements, change his diet and exercise and the like, and he de aged dramatically. He got off all 11 of his medications and when we sent him for blood work for his life insurance company, they thought he was 33 years old based on his exam and blood work, and gave him superior, preferred.

people, many of'em who [:

And we were able to, um. Borrow from numerous different inventors in the field of nutrition, who I knew personally, and also people we studied and piece together over time. Comprehensive all supplement programs that help people to reduce their inflammation by a factor of 10, which is about 50% of the reason why people age and about 90% of the reason why they get sick.

and um, what's recently been [:

If they're purified and the osmolality factories change, you can actually have those molecules in a pill that you take, and the molecule will drill right into the to the nucleus and ping the spot on the DNA where specific genes are that need to be reactivated, that have gone dormant with age. So we now have a product called Trol, which will restimulate your genes for building muscle.

t, that bone on bone can now [:

And in that same product there's a neuropathic pain block of molecules that blocks pain from peripheral neuropathy, et cetera, and including the pain that would be in someone's knees that has lost all their cartilage. Mm-hmm. And so this is the dawn of a, of a new era and many of the leading scientists in the world.

Consider epigenetic reprogramming to be the holy grail of anti-aging, and we're now, when you look at all the aspects of why people age biologically, we're about 85% of the way to biological immortality.

Anjel: Wow.

done by the end of this year,:

art to say, oh, I'm five, my [:

No. See. So if you want to not do that, if you want that not to be causing you to age, you have to do a guided meditation, maybe some channeling that will reorganize the way your subconscious is speaking to your blands and your chakras and, and cut. Start a reset and opt out of that whole process.

Anjel: I love that you used the word opt out, Bob, because that's something that I did probably 25 years ago.

So Bob, let's talk a little [:

Because we, we have listeners who are, you know, innovative themselves. We have, you know, insightful, innovative, inspired, ingenious, inventive listeners, and they may be, you know. Facing some internal challenges, uh, or external challenges. So what are some of the challenges you've faced and how have you overcome them as you've been bringing this initiative to the world?

en Campbell, who figured out [:

What exactly would have to happen in order for them to feel that we were helping them in the way they wanted to be helped, and then to execute and check in and execute again and check in. Constantly in that way. But then you also have other, other players. You have regulators that you have to deal with.

only at my business, but by [:

And I the the better you get at understanding others, listening with your whole body and soul to your others' visions and desires, and what makes their paradise. Them participating and helping them achieve that and, and then as they achieve that, we achieve one small goal for our company, always, of which goes back to the beginning where Larry said, why can't we help other people too?

ck and constant verification [:

Anjel: Yeah. Beautiful. Well, I wanna bring us back in the last few minutes that we have to this idea of Imagine the Paradise. And I want our listeners to hear what I heard, which was really kind of like a little mini five, five step thing, which is see what it is that you want. And as you're imagining your paradise, feel it live it.

Build it and then share it. And so I really loved that framework and I'd love to have you speak right now about, um, in that framework, like right now, obviously you're sharing, what are you imagining next for your paradise?

tality is going to take care [:

I've done my part to help bring epigenetic reprogramming to and advanced antioxidants to the state. But I also have many other things I wanna do in regard to homelessness and mental health issues and the like. I'm going to branch out into over the next few years.

Anjel: Beautiful. All right. In the last couple of minutes that we have, Bob, who are the people who are gonna best be served by Boom or Boost?

litation, we can help all of [:

Doesn't matter how old you are, we have an employee who's 90 years old that does outbound health and wellness checkup calls our for our customers and food. The anybody that wants to rebuild themselves faster than they're burning and wants to be at a peak of, uh, mental health and physical health so that they have all of those resources they need to access their greatest spiritual health and nothing's holding them back from, it's very hard to find your spiritual footing if you're in pain every day or if you're sick.

So we can help you. Clear that out into the, you can become, like we say, the paradise of your own choosing. Yeah.

Anjel: Beautiful. I love it. Well, thank you so much for being with me today. And listeners, we do love feedback. Please let us know what you thought of today's episode by joining our community, sharing your takeaways, asking questions, or submitting guest suggestions.
