The world is on fire.

There is so much, so much going on.

But the main thing is we have a

movement in Iran to...

Which means death to Khomeini.

Long live the king.

For those of you who don't know,

I am of Iranian heritage.

Both my parents are from Iran.

And apparently my DNA says I am eighty

percent Iranian.

Wow.

So that's nearly a pure blood.

And the only reason the other percentages

are Azerbaijan and the Caucasus,

which were part of the Persian empire.

So I hold claim to my Persian identity.

So essentially you're a hundred percent.

A hundred percent.

But washed by the blood of Jesus Christ,

which is the most important.

Well,

apparently there's a lot of Christians in

Iran.

There is estimated to be millions of

Christians in Iran, folks.

So fastest growing church in the world.

When you have to live around a bunch

of people that are Muslim.

I was going to add a couple of

things to that, but Muslim people,

you may have a way of pushing people

towards Christianity.

Well,

oppressive Islamic regime for sure does.

So, you know,

people don't appreciate having their

hijab,

their head cover nailed to their head.

It has the highest rate of heroin

addiction too, which is,

you know if people don't find jesus they

find comfort in drugs because it's so

depressing but we'll get into all of that

let's start with i want to start with

this video uh which is some really good

clips of what's happening right now to the

islamic republic you cut the internet

But our voice crosses borders.

You kill people in the streets.

Every drop of blood you spill becomes the

flood of your fall.

Forty-seven years of repression.

Still.

But it ends here.

Because the voice of our revolution cannot

be silenced.

We continue.

until the fall of the Islamic Republic.

Amen.

That's fantastic.

We continue until the fall of the Islamic

Republic.

You know,

I flew home yesterday from a trip that

was in Idaho,

flew back and I landed and turned on

my phone and I saw a lot of

these clips from the night before and

maybe even going on at the time.

And I called Hedia and I felt like

I'm part Persian.

Right?

I actually had tears in my eyes and

couldn't wait to call her and say,

do you see what's happening in Iran?

I was so excited about just the people

there, the population.

Right.

Just finally feeling like this is the time

that they can do it.

Yes.

And so, you know,

people in the mainstream media have tried

to say that this is about, you know,

the economy, the collapse of the currency.

And it's not about that.

just the illegitimacy of the clerics and

the fact that they just don't believe it.

If a regime depends on belief of the

population, they have lost that belief.

And so it's doomed to collapse.

Now,

we have the what we call the buzz

out E class,

which was kind of like their middle class,

the working class.

And they did start by shutting down their

stores because they couldn't make money.

So basically,

they have all these supplies and the

currency drops so low that were they to

sell them, they'd lose a lot of money.

So they just close their shops.

And that was kind of like the spark.

But this is so widespread.

And what people have commented a lot about

is that some of the most prominent

religious cities for Iran,

because they believe in kind of like

saints,

their descendants of Mohammed are Mashhad

and Qom, those two cities.

And those were some of the first two

cities to fall.

And so what would consider big cities like

L.A., New York type cities?

I mean, they're big cities,

but they're holy cities.

So there are temples,

there are shrines there that people go and

give alms and they go to make prayers.

They're considered the holiest sites of

Iran.

And so for the fall,

they're burning pictures of harmony.

They burnt down mosques.

They were rioting in the cities,

basically saying, you know,

we hate you and your religion.

And that's huge.

That's huge.

They say that, you know,

there are also reports that are eighty

percent of the mosques have closed for

lack of funding.

So people aren't even attending these

mosques.

And so if you remember from the fight

with Israel and Hamas,

people were always complaining in the

press that they were bombing schools and

bombing mosques.

Well,

that's because the artillery and the

supplies are located in the mosques.

So in Iran was the same thing.

They were going in there.

So the protesters go in there,

take the arms and the supplies and then

burn it down.

Well,

so they were trying to because they knew

that that's where the IRGC would go to

rearm and recoup.

So they were burning those down so that

they wouldn't be available to them.

So I got a question that's going to

lead into another question.

So the first question is,

do you know how the the people in

Iran,

do they have get access to the Internet

in a way that they can actually

know what's going on in the world around

them how do they how do they see

the outside world well so they used to

so the the government shut down the

internet for the past prior to them

shutting it down no they did yeah they

did well it's illegal to have a satellite

dish so those that were trying to get

news from outside had to hide their

satellite dishes so i mean how are they

going to find one in every home but

it was illegal to have a satellite dish

But the Internet, for the most part,

they did have access.

That's why there was a flood of videos

coming out.

Then they turn it off.

And Starlink, from what I understand,

was brought in probably by intelligence

services, either Israeli or the US,

most likely Israel.

And they had distributed about two

thousand Starlink devices.

But that could only get up to two

hundred people to connect.

So if you if you realize that,

you know,

across eighty nine million people

population, that's not going to do enough.

So apparently there are some efforts to

open it wider.

I don't understand exactly how that would

work without the devices,

but that Elon was going to make it

free to make sure that people had more

access, which is awesome.

That's good because that leads me to my

question.

OK, so in your opinion,

what do you think are one or the

other or both?

Um,

is the most important thing that happened

in the last year that allowed for this

uprising to begin the election of

president Trump or Elon Musk buying

Twitter turning into X. Oh, wow.

To me,

I think it's a confluence of factors.

So the June attack by Israel in the

United States, of course,

has weakened the regime.

Israel taking out Hamas and Hezbollah in

Lebanon, you know,

Hamas in Lebanon also affected them and

the change of the regime in Syria.

So now we have Sunni jihadis in charge,

but the Shiites are not in charge.

So Assad was getting support from Iran.

So that stopped.

So basically,

a lot of their proxies and their ability

to access wealth and goods and commodities

through those proxies has stopped.

So that weakens them.

And of course, the sanctions weaken them.

And so that's how the currency drops.

So I think it's a confluence of factors.

But I really don't want to downplay the

power of the people, because really,

none of this would be possible without the

bravery and just the

People could say they're crazy.

They're just like the abject fearlessness

of this population knowing the brutality.

I mean, during the Masa Amini riots of

thousands of people were killed.

So people say,

why are they being less vicious this time?

And that may be because of Trump's

threats.

That may also be because they've lost a

lot of power and the ability to control

the population.

And, uh,

reports I've read in the Iranian news

were, they were trying to say, well,

these are,

as long as they're peaceful protests,

we will not clamp down.

So they wanted to seem like they were

being moderate.

Uh, but

Apparently for the last twenty four hours

now going on thirty six hours,

they've been extremely brutal.

And there's reports that thousands died.

Right.

So we won't know exactly how many.

But yeah,

please keep their families in prayer

because it must it's it's devastating for

Iranians all over the world that haven't

been able to get in touch with their

family members,

don't know whether they're alive or not,

if they're safe or not.

And so it's a very, very difficult,

intense situation for them.

So some people are calling this a protest.

Would you call this a protest?

No, it's a revolution.

We are watching a revolution for sure.

But I hear people say it's a protest.

I go, no, no,

that doesn't look like a protest.

No,

it's in nearly every city across the

country.

Millions of people.

It's nonstop.

They're listening to the calls of Reza

Pahlavi, the crown prince,

whose father was the one that was deposed

in seventy nine.

He's a fighter jet pilot,

educated and trained.

And people say he's been, you know,

missing in action for decades.

But that's not that's not true.

We actually hosted him at my parents' home

in nineteen ninety two.

I think it was.

So he's been planning this revolution for,

you know, forty years.

And the question is, you know,

God willing, is this the time?

Do you remember what your impression of

him was at that time?

Did you feel that he was a powerful

man in your home or was it?

I don't, I mean,

he's always had this kind of mild manner

about him.

He's always been kind of dignified and

mild manner.

He's not so much a revolutionary.

I think he's becoming more of one.

I think he's becoming a lot more

outspoken,

but he's definitely a statesman.

He is a leader.

You know, he's educated.

He's smart.

He's well-spoken.

He speaks three languages fluently.

He's a diplomat and a statesman.

So can he pull this off?

Absolutely.

And the most important thing is that the

people are calling for him.

And they have confidence in him and they

want him to be their leader.

And I think it's important to understand

that Western leaders,

United States and Europe,

for decades have been trying to negotiate

with the Islamic Republic,

get them to control their nuclear

ambitions,

trying to control them through sanctions.

And the reality for the Iranian people is

that they know the ideology can't be

reformed.

They know that you can't compromise with

Islamists.

You can't.

They don't moderate and they don't change.

Right.

That's one thing we've learned from their

rule over forty seven years.

It just gets worse.

Yeah, I mean,

we've seen that in the last was a

twenty five years or so,

twenty six years since we've been involved

again in the Middle East with Iraq, Iran,

all the other areas that we've tried to

have change and they say things and then

do the opposite.

It's just,

they've proven not to be trustworthy.

Yes.

And that's been forever.

Well, because the doctrine of deception,

of taqiyya in Islam is to mislead and

to say one thing and do another.

So a foundational principle of the

ideology is to deceive.

and to conquer and to subdue.

So there is no negotiating with the actual

ideology of Islam.

Now, people want to reform it, change it.

I tried that for decades myself.

It doesn't work because the West doesn't

usually let it work.

And there's not enough people.

There's just not enough momentum of it.

It becomes heresy.

Because it really is,

because you're taking the text and you're

basically saying, oh,

I'm going to throw this out.

And no, this doesn't mean this anymore.

So you're basically a heretic.

You're making up a new religion.

And that just over time is not going

to be very credible.

So as we've seen the socialists and

communists that are in our country getting

elected and then, of course,

the mainstream media,

which has also been captured by the very

same people,

they're not, well,

they're not reporting on it as far as

the mainstream media,

but now we see the left siding with

the regime.

Oh, have they?

I haven't seen those.

Yeah,

they're protesting and burning signs of

people that are celebrating this

revolution and marching against them and

screaming at them like they do the ice.

It is the craziest thing.

But then you have the mainstream media

who's not reporting on it,

not saying anything about it because they

don't,

because

They're hoping that they'll take over

here.

But they see these countries like

Venezuela and Iran who are fighting

against the very thing that they're trying

to bring here to the United States.

Yeah.

And I wonder if the media realizes that.

You know, like if the and I mean,

I've seen a number of reports,

to be fair, on the BBC,

on PBS that are talking about this and

they're like bread prices have risen sky

high and there's unrest talking about it

as if it's just about like bread and

electricity.

And they really,

really don't want to talk about the

clerical rule.

They don't want to translate the shouts,

which are death to hominy.

They're literally they're saying down with

the Islamic Republic, death to Khamenei.

So they're specifically saying they want

an end of Islamic rule.

Bread, electricity, water.

I mean,

they've gotten to a state of hopelessness

where they don't have anything to lose

anymore.

So when life was relatively or somewhat

comfortable in the sense that they had

basic necessities,

it was easier to contain them.

But now that they just don't,

they don't even have those basic

necessities.

They've got nothing to lose.

Hope deferred makes the heart sick,

the Lord says.

And so they're just,

they're completely fed up.

I can't tell you how happy I am.

Again,

I didn't become Persian until I married

you.

But listening to you talk,

listening to you give your lectures and

talks at the different events that we've

gone to just has grown me closer to

the Persian people and just wanting them

to be free.

I'm hearing about the oppression and the

things that the women have to go through.

If just a little bit,

like one of their hairs stick out

underneath their...

This is after the power went out.

And this is them basically lighting the

streets with their phones.

So they have no electricity,

no running water, no internet,

and they're carrying on this revolution.

That's extraordinary.

They'll always find a way when you have

that much motivation.

Right.

To accomplish something,

no matter what people try to do to

stop you, you will fight through it all.

Right.

It's just fantastic.

Um, the, um,

that strength seems to be genetic with

Persians.

Every Persian that I've met is a fire

brand.

Yes.

All the people that we meet at the

events we go to that, you know,

we don't always expect it for persons.

I, well,

actually there are Persians that I didn't

know were Persian.

Yeah.

I thought they were something else and

then you can identify them.

And then we ended up talking to them

and they're all very.

gregarious, strong, well-spoken,

smart people.

It's considered one of the most educated

expat communities in the world.

And I'll tell you something in all

humility that the Lord told me when I

came to faith that he just kept impressing

upon me that there were these genetic

traits that were passed down to me from

that lineage because there's

there is a strong connection between God

and the Persian people.

Ultimately,

there is a prophecy in Jeremiah,

that God says he will set his throne

in Elam, which is in Persia.

but a lot of it needed to be

harnessed because it was connected to

paganism and idol worship and debauchery

and polygamy and adultery and fornication

and all of these other qualities that the

Lord's like,

you have a lot that you need to

renounce and denounce.

But of course the Lord can redeem

everything and take what you denounce out

of the evil of it and use it

for good.

You know what I mean?

So he could take the strength.

And I think that's why they become very

strong believers.

I mean,

my friends that are Iranian former Muslims

are just fire.

You know, they're on fire for the Lord.

So we're just grateful that the Lord can

use it.

What do you think the human cost is

of the revolution?

There are students,

there are young children that are getting

massacred, they're getting maimed,

losing their eye, throwing acid on them,

being physically handicapped.

There's a large human cost.

to a revolution like this and especially a

ground up revolution.

They have no weapons.

They're a disarmed population.

So whatever they're fighting with,

my friend Annie was saying that they had

turned fire extinguishers into torches.

So a lot of the fires you see

are burned from using their in-home fire

extinguishers as torches.

They've been taught how to weaponize

those.

And so you just imagine

the internal resilience it takes to fight

that,

knowing you are completely outgunned and

outmanned by security forces,

and yet just the hope of freedom propels

them.

Wow.

You know, just on that note,

I have a friend on Facebook.

We were actually friends in the canine

world.

He's a professor at Auburn University,

actually.

Lawrence Myers,

and I don't mind saying his name because

he really twisted me today.

There was a video that I shared of

a woman talking about radical Islam and

what's happening in Iran and that kind of

stuff.

And he wrote something snide underneath

it, like it's all BS.

What's BS?

And I had to write back to him

and say, oh my gosh,

I hate being proven wrong.

Because I thought you were an intelligent

person.

Oh, no.

And I'm so sad because for the longest

time,

I went to him for information about stuff.

What did he say in response to that?

He hasn't responded yet.

I went pretty deep and said,

do you understand what radical Islam has

done to people?

They've killed millions of people,

tortured people.

Women are looked at as chattel.

And what is it you don't understand?

Why this has come to this point?

It's a real strong delusion.

And I said, read, watch videos,

see what's going on.

Understand what type of religion this is,

this radical Islam.

I want to continue to say radical Islam

because I know some Muslims who are

fantastic people.

Yes,

they don't actually practice this thing.

Wow.

they don't follow the quran yeah exactly

um cultural tradition yeah i put some

other stuff in there about you and you

know your heritage and what you've done

what you did as a muslim trying to

fight radical islam and um i don't know

what he's gonna how he's gonna respond but

i was so i so i was done

because he's written other stuff too and

he was used to be pro-law enforcement he's

not a police officer but he was in

the scent detection business so i don't

need to get into it all but um

he was teaching at police conferences

Oh, my goodness.

And now he's, you know, of course,

on the side of the the criminals,

criminal illegal aliens and against ICE

law enforcement.

And it's really wild.

You just wonder you just wonder what their

end game is for a lot of these

people.

You understand the ideologues are trying

to destroy the system,

but the rest of these people, you think,

Like,

what are you what are you wanting out

of your country?

You don't want police anymore and you want

to be controlled by Sharia.

You want some draconian,

oppressive rule to come and tell you that

you can't leave your house at night and

that you have to wrap yourself in

clothing.

These are people in T-shirts and shorts

that are, you know,

supporting the Islamic governments.

It's so bizarre with the mentalities.

It's just the Lord has given them over

to a strong delusion.

There's no other explanation but a

spiritual one.

I can see a man saying, yes,

Islam is fantastic because I could have

five wives or whatever the number is.

I don't know.

Four.

Four wives, whatever they want.

They control the women.

But I don't understand the women.

I hear you.

It just boggles my mind.

I said,

do you not know what they're going to

do to you?

I hear you.

Wearing that belly shirt.

Exactly.

Or the purple hair.

You'll never see that purple hair again.

So crazy.

in thirteen hundred years by the people,

not by military force like World War One

but people rising up and overthrowing an

Islamic regime.

It'll be the first time in history.

This is a huge, huge move.

And I think that should take us into

our next discussion about geopolitics.

five hundred seventy nine people were

killed, including eight children.

This was earlier.

It's now seven fifty a.m.

in Iran.

Yeah, unfortunately,

I think those numbers are much higher.

Those are the official reports.

But I hear from a lot of the

Iranian news.

They're worried it's possibly in the

thousands.

I've seen we watched a rap video just

a few minutes ago before we went live

with some young people saying that they're

willing to give their life.

You know, to fight this regime.

I've seen other videos of young people

saying we're going to fight to the death.

This is serious.

I mean, when you get to that point,

there's there's no stopping this

revolution.

There's a woman,

there's a video of a bloody woman,

an older woman.

She's saying, you can't kill me.

I've already been dead for forty seven

years.

Oh.

So there is this hope beyond hope.

It's just this kind of reckless

abandonment of logic and fear in the face

of the hope of change.

So it's extraordinary.

It's really extraordinary.

Geopolitics.

I want to get to, oh,

should we get the voices inside the

opposition first and then go to

geopolitics?

Should we at least read that one bit

of scripture?

Oh, okay.

Yes.

No, I did that.

Hope deferred.

That's actually Proverbs thirteen twelve.

Hope deferred makes the heart sick,

but a longing fulfilled is a tree of

life.

So do you want to do voices inside

the opposition or do you want to do

geopolitics?

That's this one here.

Oh, no, that's the Westwood one.

So competing voices inside the opposition.

Okay, so we have Javid Shah,

long live the Shah.

We call them monarchists,

people that are supporting the monarchy.

But there are, so in Iran,

the territorial integrity,

there are Kurds, there are Armenians,

there are Assyrians, and secularists,

there's Christians,

and then there's Muslims.

Of course,

there's still devout Muslims that support

the IRGC.

So all of these competing factions are

jockeying for control.

And

The MEK, which, by the way,

people like to use the acronym and they

like to call themselves by the acronym,

but it's Mojahedin,

the fighter of jihad that creates.

That's what Mojahedin al-Khalq means.

It's a Marxist Islamist organization.

It's literally like advocating for Mamdani

to go run Iran.

And the horrific part about it is MEK

has spent millions of dollars in PR and

lobbying across the United States and

abroad.

And so they have support inside the

conservative movement.

So Rudy Giuliani,

if you've seen him on Newsmax,

he's been on talking against the Shah.

And saying, you know, they had the Savak,

the secret police.

His father was a dictator.

Nobody wants the Shah back,

which is ridiculous because you see it in

all the videos that they're asking for the

Shah to come back.

He's not his father.

He's not going to be his father,

I believe.

And advocating for the Mujahideen Haqq,

for the MEK.

And they used to be on the U.S.

terrorist list because they're responsible

for the death of Americans in a terrorist

attack in the seventies.

And they were helping the U.S.

in the Iraq invasion in two thousand three

from an intelligence standpoint.

And I think that's how they really made

their inroads in the conservative movement

and the Republican Party,

because they're also supported by Mike

Pence and John Bolton.

So

We have people advocating for that cult,

literally a cult,

a cult that nobody inside Iran would want.

I mean,

it would be a complete disaster to put

them into any shape of power.

And the people know this.

And the people, oh yeah, absolutely.

And they're considered traitors because

they were helping Saddam Hussein in the

Iran-Iraq war.

So they are arch enemies and rivals to

Khamenei's people,

but also to the Iranian people,

because they don't want authoritarian rule

anymore.

They want freedom.

They don't want another version of an

Islamic cult.

So that's super important.

But there's also...

There's also factions.

So people were commenting on the last

Trump press conference that Tucker was in

the corner,

very visibly displayed on camera,

clapping and cheering on this event.

And it was it was a little bit

strange because nobody knew why he was

there.

It was a government meeting.

It was Rubio and Trump.

And I can't remember who else,

but they're having a press briefing.

And as you may all know,

Tucker has been very outspoken about his

support for Hamas and about,

I don't think we have a problem with

Islam.

That's absolutely ridiculous.

He's very anti-Israel.

And so the concern is that if the

U.S.

were to get involved in this in an

official capacity in terms of nation

building and regime change,

we'd get a whole host of clowns

And people that are really against the

ultimate success of this revolution

involved.

And so people criticize me saying,

why are you saying that the U.S.

should not get involved?

And it's because I have been involved in

many regime changes in the U.S.

And every time I go home and I

pull my hair and cry because it's a

disaster.

I mean, even in Egypt,

when there was a revolution in Egypt

pulling out Mubarak,

we put the brotherhood in.

It was literally the brotherhood

afterwards.

And I was like, oh,

for the love of God,

like what is going on?

You know,

and it was just complete madness.

Same with Libya.

We get rid of Gaddafi and it turns

into this jihadi training camp.

Iraq was a complete disaster.

And and there were repeated attacks.

reports that the Iraqi people supported a

U.S.

invasion and that they would throw flowers

on the feet of the soldiers.

And exactly the opposite turned out to be

the truth.

And that's probably the result of our

debathification.

I mean,

the first thing Brenner did when he got

into control in Iraq was fire three

hundred thousand Sunni Iraqis.

which completely upended not only the

administration of the country,

but basically the entire Sunni ruling

class.

And so you made three hundred thousand

jihadis overnight.

That's what led to ISIS.

That's what led to the collapse in Syria.

It just it had these ripple effects

throughout the Middle East.

And so.

The best chance, I think,

for this revolution to go the way the

people desired for freedom is to let them

do it themselves.

Maybe some targeted airstrikes by the US

and Israel,

but we really don't want the US involved

in nation building.

And from what I heard Pallavi saying today

was that he's happy to go in and

to get things started.

Yes.

And then to hold elections.

Yes, because, well,

so that's what all of these, you know,

the different factions that are involved

is they're saying, no,

the Iranian people don't want a monarchy

again.

And he's saying,

I'm going to hold a constitutional

referendum.

I'm not going insisting on being a

monarch.

We will create a constitution.

We will have elections.

If they choose him, so be it.

But he's saying,

I'm not going there to be a monarch.

And so people say, well,

that's disingenuine.

That's not true.

But that's what the people inside the

country are calling for.

You hear it in the shouts of the

videos.

You know, it's not something that,

you know, we are inventing.

It's what the people are screaming at the

top of their lungs.

It's the posters on the wall, the flag.

So people need to understand the

significance of the flag,

the flag of the lion.

is the flag of the Pahlavi dynasty.

So when people are holding up that flag

instead of the flag of the Islamic

Republic, which is,

I think it's an Allah in the center,

the red sign in the center,

when they're tearing that down and putting

up the flag with the lion, they're saying,

we want the Shah.

You know, we want a return.

to the Pahlavis.

So people have to understand that's

significant and respect it.

So he's saying he's going to go in

and the plan is to have this

constitutional referendum to bring all of

the parties that are involved.

So that means the Kurds, the Armenians,

the Jewish community.

There's a very large expat Iranian Jewish

community, the Assyrians,

and talk the Balochistan people to bring

them into a referendum and then they vote.

So, God willing, that's what would happen.

One of my favorite videos that I think

is a favorite of a lot of people

is the young man at the embassy in

London climbing up the wall.

They call him Spider-Man.

I love it.

Trying to hang.

He pulls down the Islamic flag.

I mean,

I don't even know how he got up

there.

It's just wild.

Watch him just climb up like a Spider-Man.

Right?

And then holding up the real thing.

Iranian flag.

Yes.

That was an amazing sign of things are

changing.

And I've watched also another video.

We talk about the local protests in France

where they're demanding they close the

embassy because we don't have an embassy

here.

So there's a there's an outpost.

I think it's in the Pakistan embassy.

But London and France,

the UK and France do have embassies.

And so the Iranian people are protesting

outside those embassies for the host

countries to close those embassies.

That's fantastic.

Yes.

It's great.

I mean,

it just really seems like this is going

to be the time that they can do

it and just have God willing continue to

fight.

So what's the truth versus the narrative?

Well,

so the regime is controlling the media.

So when I'm watching the news that comes

directly out of Iran,

they're basically saying this is the U.S.

and Israel trying to foment dissent and we

will not allow foreign countries to

dictate what happens in our country.

So they're trying to spin it because they

feel their loss of control.

They're basically saying this was all

orchestrated by the U.S.

and Israel.

And it just it's it's a ridiculous attempt

to try to reframe the narrative.

But that is what they're doing.

So they're saying they went into Iran

somehow and got millions of people to go

on the street and die.

Yes, exactly.

Because they're getting paid by the West.

Who went in there?

Rubio with one of his jobs.

He went there.

You know, he's got a lot of jobs.

So you never know.

Yeah.

I don't know how we're living in this

world of stupidity.

The people are believing it.

And it's just silliness.

I'm trying to not cuss.

And we have a scripture here.

John A.P.T.,

you will know the truth and the truth

will set you free.

So, you know, the truth...

They don't want the truth to get out.

They don't want the reality of what's

happening in the country to get out.

And that's why they closed the internet.

And that's why they produce these lies

because it threatens their power.

And that's the kiss of death for them.

Anytime they cut off the internet and

access to news, that's when you know.

I mean, you should know before that,

but you absolutely should know that they

are afraid of hearing

something positive,

something that's factual,

because that's the way they control it.

They can't have you learning anything

different than what they're telling you.

Absolutely.

So he says Trump's sending help to

Iranians, IRGC forces destroyed in Iran.

Yeah.

And that's our next topic.

So the regional and global stakes,

you know,

there's really a lot to consider when the

U.S.

were to officially get involved.

And so.

They sit around the table and there's

representatives from the Iran desk and the

State Department, there's DOD reps,

there's National Security Council,

there's think tank people,

and there's this wrangling that happens,

I could tell you from experience,

between all of these competing interests.

And so Iran's stability will affect energy

markets, the regional security,

the proxy militias,

the nuclear negotiations,

and the balance of power in the Middle

East.

One thing you've got to realize is that

Saudi Arabia is entirely propped up by the

United States.

And if there is a revolution in Iran,

the greatest threat is to the regional

stability of the other Sunni states that

are being propped up by the United States.

And I mean,

an overthrow in the Saudis would be very

dangerous because it'd be very radical

people to take it over.

the calculation from a diplomacy

standpoint will have,

they will be considering all of those

things and that what would happen if Iran

were to fall and become a failed state,

a civil war, or a regional superpower,

how will that affect energy prices?

Because what people don't remember is

that, um,

The former Shah, Reza Pahlavi's dad,

was nationalizing the oil markets and was

bringing in increased revenue and didn't

want to be beholden to the Western oil

companies anymore.

And that pissed off a lot of people

in the United States and abroad.

They wanted a proxy state.

I don't know how to describe it,

but they wanted Iran under the control of

the United States and Europe.

Many people think that's what led to his

overthrow.

Absolutely.

Absolutely.

And so what does a strong, democratic,

prosperous Iran mean for the rest of the

world?

And don't think for a second the United

States won't calculate that.

It's in our national interest to calculate

that because they could change the prices

of oil.

So right now,

the price of oil from the Gulf is

absolutely controlled by the US.

They tell them to raise it.

They tell them to drop it.

They have to do what they say because

their military support,

the economic support,

their economy is entirely propped up by

the West.

So having Iran end up independent of that

system may increase the price of oil,

may decrease the price of oil.

You know what I mean?

We have no way of predicting what effect

that could have on our energy markets and

the nuclear race.

How much nuclear capability do they have?

What will it mean?

You would think that the logical first

calculation would be, well,

we wouldn't have all these terrorists and

that would be fantastic.

But that's not the only calculation.

You don't think there'd be some talks

going on, this is happening,

to how much the U.S.

helps this?

Not going in,

but helping with what needs to happen to

get this done.

Absolutely.

And say, we'll help you,

but we have to, in the future,

make sure that we have these guarantees or

these...

There's all that kind of wrangling

happening right now.

Yeah.

All kinds of wrangling happening.

And there's all these dissident groups

that will probably be meeting at the White

House.

Oh, my goodness.

Can you imagine?

The Iraqi ones were such a circus.

I can't even tell you because every

faction has a different.

You basically have your your godfathers,

people that are defending one faction over

another, like high powered people in D.C.

And so they bring in the people that

they want.

And they argue one point after another.

And then you bring in the next group

that argues competing points.

And by the end, everyone's like, oh,

this is a mess.

I don't know if I want to get

in the middle of this.

You know,

it becomes a very complicated calculation.

When people say, you know what,

Trump should just go in and bomb them.

He he won't do that without calculating

all the risk.

And I want to call people's attention to

Venezuela because.

Yes,

we're happy he went in and got Maduro.

But if you listen to what he's saying

about Venezuela,

he has not agreed to the oppositional

leader taking power.

Do you remember her name?

The Nobel Prize winner?

The Nobel Prize winner.

She's going to come to the United States

next week to give him power.

her Nobel Prize,

but he has not agreed to let her

be the opposition leader.

He says, we will control Venezuela.

We will make sure the US oil companies

get their money.

So it's a version of nation building

folks.

And it really concerns me when we do

that,

it sounds great as long as it goes

our way,

but oftentimes it doesn't end up going our

way.

And so President Trump's not opposed to

controlling outcomes.

And so we have to be aware that

that historically in the Middle East ends

up in the hands of the jihadis.

I mean, look at Syria.

So I really worry about what that would

mean for Iran because there is a version

of this story that comes out with just

like Islam light, you know?

And to me, that's a disaster.

What scripture ties to what it is you

were just talking about?

The authority and the majesty of the Lord

is always at play, my friends.

So Psalm two, one through four.

Why did the nations conspire and the

people plot in vain?

The kings of the earth rise up and

the rulers band together against the Lord

and against his anointed saying,

let us break their chains and throw off

their shackles.

The one enthroned in heaven laughs.

the Lord scoffs at them.

So we plot and we plan folks and

the leaders plot and they plan,

but the Lord raises Kings and deposes

Kings.

So ultimately God is not surprised by what

is happening geopolitically and he will

hold people accountable and he will raise

who he chooses.

It's fantastic.

Yeah.

It's all in the Bible.

It's all in the Bible.

Yeah.

Wow.

So what do you think the church needs

to do in this moment?

First of all,

it's very important to understand that

Iran and this Islamic Republic

criminalizes Christianity.

And so converts are treated as traitors,

as apostates.

They're killed with the death penalty as a

result.

Pastors are imprisoned.

Having a church is illegal.

Evangelizing is considered a threat to

national security.

So there's brutal persecution of

Christians in Iran.

And despite that,

there is still this massive underground

church movement.

And so that just exposes the failure of

Islam to suppress the truth.

And so while Iranians are risking their

lives to escape Islamic rule,

a lot of churches are silent.

And a lot of pastors are not speaking

up in prayer for the Iranian people and

praying for the Christians and lifting up

our brothers and sisters who are really

risking life and limb for freedom and the

freedom to preach Christ crucified.

It is it's not just a secular revolt.

It is also a Christian revolt.

And we really,

really should be praying and encouraging

and standing in the gap for them.

I hope you you add the Iranian people

to your prayer list that the Lord's hand

will be upon them,

that he will protect them and that his

will be done.

And God willing,

his will is his freedom for them.

One video I saw is them releasing a

bunch of political prisoners and a bunch

of pastors were being released in Iran.

Oh, that's fantastic.

They broke into one of the jails.

No, I think that was part of.

Oh, the regime did it.

Yeah.

Oh, it's like a cookie.

Yeah.

Because they know that they're not the

violent ones.

So they're just kind of like,

release the Christians,

release the Christians.

That's safe.

Maybe they'll calm down.

That's about the same time they gave him

seven dollars a month not to write.

Which is not even a loaf of bread.

Yeah.

Seven dollars, folks.

They give Hezbollah five hundred dollars a

month.

So just think of the hypocrisy of that.

That's so crazy.

Wow.

So Isaiah, we have Isaiah one seventeen.

Learn to do right.

Seek justice.

Defend the oppressed.

Amen.

And we don't have one for Hebrews.

What can be shaken will be shaken so
